Im not the type of person to leave reviews but today I feel like theating young man Edmar just went above and beyond with his customer service abilities. Im 62 years old and every time I walk in to a Verizon store I always get those people that think Im a burden, "at least that howe they make me feel when I walk in" that was not the case when I step my foot in the door where Edmar works at. He greeted me with a smile and offered me a seat. He asked why he could do for me and I explained how I hated the phone I was given at the Salem mall Verizon, they gave me a Smart phone that I absolutely hate. He asked me questions and offered me a basic phone along with a thing to help me in case I get into a car accident Him or something like that. He also transferred all my contacts and pictures to my new phone. I recommend you to come see him..He is there to help not make you feel stupid like other shops make you feel... if uper management is reading this i want you to know that Edmar is a huge asset Im very pleased. If you need me anything call me Im more than glad to give a verbal review.

We live in Washington but when we told our brother, Andrew, about the issues we were having with my phone he said we needed to go see Edmare when we were next down for a visit. This weekend we came for a visit and we are so thankful we waited to see Edmare. From the first hello he was kind, considerate, respectful, knowledgable, and obviously cared about the people he was helping. His first question to me was, "How do you use your phone?" Then he listened and proceeded to recommend a phone that fit my needs instead of pushing his own agenda. We saw how he interacted with the other people who work in the store and how they react to him as their manager. It was obvious he treats them with the same respect he treats his customers. If you have phone needs, we would definitely recommend going to the Verizon Diamond store at the Lancaster Mall in Salem, OR. Go see Edmare to have a truly great experience!

Tyson Harris is an outstanding professional. Ive been contemplating the switch to a bigger network, and though I have always had issues with a no unlimited data plan, Tysons professional ethics and great attitude toward all people has me convinced to switch. It has always been a pleasure dealing with him on any front and I look forward to more interactions with me as I make the move to Verizon. I can honestly say I would not even be considering this if not for him. I recommend anyone going to this store ask for him by name to guarantee the best possible service!

Wanted to say that Im very happy I stopped at this location! I went to the new store out south and boy I felt like I was in the DMV. The reps where all short answered and didnt help me at all! Edmar the store manager greeted instantly and shook my hand ask for my name and walked me to the table, he was able to save $15 and I Got a Tab and a phone for my daughter. I came in to change my plan and walked out satisfied, I will only go to this location from now on! Edmar your boss needs to be very proud of you Thank you for making me feel like family God bless

I came in to purchase an iPhone and sign up for service. I live up in the hills and coverage with my old carrier was not good up there. I went to the Diamond Wireless store inside the Lancaster Mall and Olivia and Katrina were super helpful and explained the different plan options. Olivia helped me set up some apps on my phone. Katrina helped me with the fingerprint screen lock. They took their time with me, answered all of my questions and were very friendly. I had a great experience at this location. I am happy about the phone service too.

I love the experience I got from The manager Edmar, this dude is helpful and outgoing I would recommend anyone to come and try him out. I love the fact that no matter what the problem is he helps out regardless if im buying something or if I just need technical support help. edmar helped me get all my contacts back reset my email and my Facebook Password. I went to another Verizon store down the road from him and they refused to help. to Edmars boss you got a keeper treat him well. Thank You Verizon.

Great service! Ezgar got me set up with a new phone, helped me transition from my previous provider, and transfer all my data to my new phone. He was very personable and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Also of note, one of his coworkers was helping an elderly woman who had a few questions, but mostly wanted to visit. The employee showed sainty patience and empathy to the woman and probably made her day. Some real star employees! I recommend this store to friends and family!!

Edmar is the best Verizon rep I have ever met, I stepped in to the store in sunnyview re and they told me that I didnt have insurance that I should upgrade. I remember that Edmar had talked to me about protection so I went back to him and yes I did have insurance I didnt have to upgrade the store on sunny view where liars and I wont be going back there ever! THANK YOU A-wireless for having honest representatives like Edmar.

Super pleased with the help i got from the Manager Edmar, i have gone to other stores yes including the corporate stores the diference is that whit Edmar i get fast and super friendly service, vs Corporate it feels like im going to the DMV. Thank you Verizon for the store in the lancaster mall. main reason why i staynwith you all is due to the service i get from Edmar. And i have spoken with his uper managment.
