Simeon the tech was sooo rude!! I was pleased with a couple of the other workers but he was just so rude. He was no help to me at all. I work three jobs, two in retail/sales and have never ever spoken to my customers like that and have never been treated so poorly. I was asking about my cracked phone and i went to salem once they said 150$ to fix it and simeon told me 200$ and i let him know and he said well then go to salem so rudely.. He was no help. Maybe working in customer service isnt your type of work if you like to treat customers that poorly..

In all the cell phones stores around the area, and Ive never been so pleased with customer service from a specific sales representative, Zachary. He was extremely kind and showed enthusiasm in helping me fix the problem I approached him with. Zachary was more than willing to help me contact the people needed, and point me in the right direction to solve my issue. I was extremely impressed and believe he will be a great asset to Sprint. He deserves a promotion already!

I went in to store with email sending problems on one of our iPhones. Zach and Chris went out of their way to assist me in getting it resolved!! They didnt have to do it, but they wanted to provide excellent customer service, which they did! I am so grateful for their cheerfulness, and willingness to get the problem resolved. I have been a Sprint customer for over 15 yrs. I will continue to be.

By far the worst store to go to for cellular services. Had 4 different associates approach me before the 5th one came to start signing me up for the horrible service I was about to see. Couldnt even send text messages from Millersburg! Manager was very rude and uncooperative. Forced to pay 70 to restock after returning the phones the next day less then 24 hours later...

I have visited many different cell phone stores, and I have met many sales associates. However, I have seldom found a representative so helpful as I found Zachary to be. He was immensely helpful and genuinely wanted to help fix the problems I was having. If I were to return with any other issues, I would hope it was him whom was working!

This is one of the best Sprint stores. I have been to a number of them, and these guys are at the top of their game. I was especially impressed with Travis who was invaluable in helping me figure out different issues with my complex phone. Simeon, Chris and Mark were all super nice: great customer service and Sprint representatives!

Ive been to the Albany store 3 times with different issues. Ive always been treated with respect & as a valued customer. Everyone is friendly as well as professional. My different issues were taken care of with proficiency, knowledge & courtesy! Ive been with sprint for 9 years & customer Svc for me has always been the best !

I broke my phone screen and I wanted to give a shout out to the Albany sprint store for being so helpful and kind if you need a tech Chris is great! HE IS FLIPPING FANTASTIC! I appreciate his help I was in and out in 20minutes I had a great conversation with the other employees.... Would recommend a lot

Ive been in this store 4 times in the past 5 years and its always a positive experience. This is definitely where you will find the most knowledgeable and helpful cell phone experts and repair guys around the 541. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do too, which is huge in their business!

They are impossible to get a hold of over the phone they have a mailbox thats always full so you cant leave a message and they never seem to be in the store because the phone rings and goes straight to voicemail with a mailbox that they never check

I went there looking to switch carriers. It was a weekend and there were only two people working. There was a long wait. I finally gave up and walked away. Since I didnt get to speak with anyone, I am still with my current provider.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well as very helpful. We were in, out and on with life as quickly as they could transfer our phone numbers and set us up with a new account. The Holiday deals couldnt be beat.
