Local CORVALLIS, OR store associates knowledgeable and cheerful - thx. SLAHR12-9FR was a drop-in replacement for APC BE550G UPS requiring RBC110 battery. The UPS no is longer blinking the red eye and whining at 3AM. The only descrepancy was store associate said warranty was 1 year and website says 3 years - which is it? Also even though the website offers a 10% discount for online purchase and pick up in store, the store was handing out 10% coupons.
