I have visited the Corporate Verizon Wireless store on several occasions. Never had I gone near the Go Wireless store, but one day I was curious enough to drop by. From the moment I pulled up, I was amazed by the level of customer service that was given to me. I used to work for Verizon and I am surprised "the big red" has not tried to secure the associates at this store as corporate employees. Thank you for your help, I will continue to shop where the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to shop at Go Wireless! Thank you to the manager "Michelle" for going out of your way to take care of something your store did not profit on. Thank you!!!

I had broken my galaxy s6, and AJ helped me get through the entire process of setting up my new galaxy s7 quickly and painlessly. He also at the same time was able to help my husband get a new phone through manufactured warrantee (his phone hadnt been working right for quite some time.) His ability to multi task and product knowlege was impressive. He truly cares and enjoys helping customers. I have never been more impressed going into a verison/go-wireless store in my life. Great service and very helpful with all my questions. Id come back again. Which I did. In store good service. Took over 3 hours to get a second line and phone working but no complaints as they were doing their best. When it comes to verizon I couldnt be less happy as what I was sold in store and what I was told was in my package deal is nothing even close to what verizon has been charging me. No help from verizon customer service but the store and people there were good so as they had 5 star before verizon should get 1 star so had to split the difference.

Joseph the new Store Manager was a thrill! We got excellent and quick service, and he even stayed past his shift to make sure all of our needs were met. My fiancé and I both got new phones and got a few extra incentives to sweeten the deal. He catered our experience specifically to us and kept us laughing all the while. I would definitely come back to this Verizon store next to Subway for future transactions and or questions. He also might be able to save us some money on our ridiculous cable bill, so we may be back sooner than later!

Erica was great. She was trying to help new employees and me at the same time! Her multitasking skills are amazing!! My customer service is experience was joyful!! The only issue we came across was a $100 accessory offer that I wasnt able to use because of the fine print and the district manager didnt even offer to give any a charger or phone case for this inconvience. I do and will recommend this Verizon.

Zach has been amazing we have been here for several hours activating SIX LINES! on top of that he had to do the order THREE times because the order wouldnt go through and kept saying we had multiple accounts. He was amazing and treated us with so much respect. I can not tell you how much I appreciate that. We were with our previous provider for 14 years and left due to being treated poorly.

What your trip is like Erica at Go Wireless in McMinnville Oregon was awesome. She helped us back up our photos explain why my phone wasnt working and showed me how to fix it. I loved the way the team was not giving up on trying to get my phone to work. They even you tubed how to fix my phone. One employee even ran to get a flash drive to fix the problem. Most people would have given up after two hours. Thank you everyone for all your help. You are awesome.
