Tyler provides excellent customer service (actually, many times even went beyond excellent), even when my wife and I had not purchased our phones or carrier service from him. He provides excellent and meaningful advise. Weve been to his stores several times over the past decade. I finally bought a phone from him when I accidentally dropped mine into the SF bay. He is well liked by every customer that came to the store, whenever Im there. Some people may gave him a bad review, but after researching the negative reviews, oftentimes the problems with those individuals. Basically they had a bad day, or are people who will never appreciate anyone else (based on their negative reviews on nearly every business), or want everything for free (one of the restaurant I frequent had one of these customers recently, who kept complaining about all the food served, yet comes to the restaurant several times; basically did not want to pay they ordered, and had the gall to post it on review websites. Since I frequent the restaurant regularly, I saw the same person there a few weeks later, doing the same thing). Anyway, bottom line: Excellent service, and someone you can rely on whenever you have a problem with your mobile devices, or need a mobile solution.

I came with my broken iphone 6, because of i am using " cheap" phone charger . Tyler was very helpfull and profesionnal, he fixed the problem less in 30 minutes. But then after 2 days i came back to him with new problem that people cant hear me when i call them. And again tyler with very patient and profesionally tried to find out what is the problem. What i can say with my experience with Tyler that he is an honest, very polite and his job is like more than 5 stars! And his charge wasnt expensive at all!!Thank you Tyler.. ! For sure i will come back again when i have problem with my cell phone and recommend you to my friends!

Tyler, the owner of this place, is absolutely fantastic. I sent him a message via Yelp to get a quote and see if he could help fix my broken screen on my Galaxy S5. He responded within just a couple of hours, and said yes he could, and he had the part that I needed already on hand. I dropped it off to him the next day at lunch time and he was done with it by 5 pm. His service was fast, he was very friendly and helpful, and I have no complaints. The repair was expensive ($200) but I didnt mind that much since he was so efficient and so friendly. Plus, other places nearby arent that much cheaper.....

Tyler is a really awesome guy, and is really knowledgeable about fixing phones and phones in general. No matter what the problem with your phone is, he can fix it. He also finished fixing my phone half a day ahead of schedule. Lastly, he makes good on his warranty, which not every store does.

This man will do what it takes to get your phone back to working and maybe even give you a loaner phone until it is working. (Think it depends on the cost of your phone) A very good dealer.
