It has been nothing but headache after headache. We couldnt get on line for the first week. Then when the bill came due i had set up autopay. They shut off our service. Then when i bought my grandsons phone i told them i definitely wanted ins on it. Well like expected the cat knocked his phone onto the floor and it shattered. I called them to find out how to grt a new one and thats when i found out they didnt put the ins on it. Never go to this place.

There is no better customer service with ANY cell phone company other than the manager Steve in the Albany mall.. He is the ONLY reason I am and will stay with Cricket Wireless.. Hope this guy makes it to the top of this company to implement his same work and customer service ethics throughout the entire business!
