I am glad that there is a local place in Mac to get some basic printing needs done, but my wife and I have experienced numerous frustrations at this place. They are lazy when it comes to printing requests, they charge a ridiculous amount to cut prints, and they apparently dont even know how to measure to cut specific needs. My wife was in to get some 5x7 cards printed… printing the cards wasnt a problem. She needed 10-15 cards. The employee said it would be an additional $8 to cut the $3 of printed paper… my wife said fine because she was in a hurry. Then the person said that they couldnt cut the cards because there was no guidelines on the printed material. Do they not know how to measure??? Dont their paper cutters have pre-made ruler guides? Then they agreed to cut all of the sheets down the middle for us. After which we noticed half of them were cut crooked. If you need something custom printed, you will not get quality work done here. I cant believe I am actually wishing a Kinkos was in this town now.

Really bad service, I used to Fedex a package and they took very long time to process it, the address I used was undeliverable (due to the phones company fault) and they returned the package. Copycats, refused to accept the package when it was returned and Fedex wouldnt process the claim as it was "denied" by Copycats. Now I have to pay hundreds of dollars due to their mistake.

I was having my Masters Project printed at the last minute. Without CopyCats to do it, on overtime actually, I would not have gotten my Masters degree at the U of O. Many thanks to Copy Cats. They have always been friendly to me under all circumstances. It is worth the extra drive to their location. Good people, good service.

Doesnt anyone care about the business anymore? I have called on two seperate occasions and the people on the other end have been far from helpful... Condescending short answers, they have no solution for seemingly simple requests, getting answers or ideas is like fishing for rocks.

Uninviting people, wasnt greeted, no smiles on anyones face, all I was doing was dropping off a FedEx shipment. I hope I never have to walk into there again. I will drive all the way to Mac pack and ship from now on.

These people do really high quality work. I needed some real estate signs created and I had to have a high level of expertise. The signs turned out good and the communication back and forth was great!
