I had been a loyal customer of 3g mobile in Salem since the early 90s when phones were still used primarily for calling. Thinking "Ill try anything once" and replace my daughters screen in her note3 and save a few bucks, almost turned into a $200+ lesson. Leaving it to the experts (from now on) and Vince @ Cellular Mechanix. Let me tell you... took it down friday and got it back on tuesday. he repositioned the screen, ordered the part I broke, and charged a VERY reasonable rate. His professionalism and superb customer service has won my loyalty as well as a amazing reference to all I come into contact with. Vince- Im sending people your way. Good luck here in Salem.

This is the best honest place to go to get your electronics repaired. Unfortunately I wasnt able to get my iphone 6 plus repaired for water damage. Even though they spent hours trying to fix my phone, they told me that they wouldnt charge me for their service. Im so incredible glad that I didnt have to pay. Thats great customer service. Id definitely come back here if I need to get an electronic item repaired.

I am very happy with the service I received. Timothy Hoppe was informative, polite and very quick to diagnosis the problem with my cell phone and the repairs were done in less than an hour. The repair charge was lower than other estimates we received. Highly recommended!
