I was extremely unhappy with the service. I went to get my account number to port out, so I could go back to MetroPCS. When I had asked for this from Metro, they gave it to me and wished me luck. Cricket handled this poorly. Metro offered me a package deal for phone, first month, etc. All Cricket could do was bash Metro. I am sorry I even tried to deal with Cricket, especially Alberto.

The guys there were not as helpful as I had hoped they dont have anything on Verizon on the customer service side. I was hoping to save money, but after the fart experience at the other cut rate carrier, I really didnt like that it was topped off with the angry bedroom eyes at this place. At least he wasnt saying mean things about homeless people like the Cricket location on Coburg.

These people would be great if they knew what they were doing. Not trained and need better teaching. You need to know why your phones are good and not just bash other carriers. They also seemed distracted the whole time.
