Awesome. Tucked away in an extremely clean and organized shop, in a small industrial building, behind a commercial gas station and a "used books" sign, TechTwice has been a pleasantly surprising experience. Customer service staff seemed competent and friendly while product quality and prices were better than I expected. Our repair service experience was also awesome. iPhone screen replacement was about 45% less than Apples quote and 25% less than the independent repair kiosk at the local mall. When I had repeated problems with the first phone I got from them, after I upgraded the Android operating system, they were great about fixing it and ultimately working out an exchange. For me, the only drawbacks are 1) selection (product range) may be somewhat limited - especially in the budget range, and 2) prices for latest model phones seem to rise pretty dramatically. Overall, TechTwice has been way more confidence inspiring than dealing with typical online stores or Craigslist private party purchases. In the future, I expect this store will be my first stop in searching for both repairs and replacement phones.

Excellent service, Excellent products at incredible prices. I got an "acceptable condition" used Galaxy S5 for an INSANELY low price. They were very friendly, accommodating and helpful and hooked me up with a new case and glass screen protector for MUCH cheaper than most retailers. Dont let the low prices hold you back either. The quality is very nice. The used phone I got had a couple small scratches on the back and was missing the dust cover for the charger(got a new one on amazon for a couple bucks). They pointed out any flaws in the phone before I saw them, showing how trustworthy they are. Also, any cosmetic flaws are covered by the case! My budget was around $300 for a phone alone(didnt want to get locked in to a contract) and I got the phone, case, and screen protector for under $200 at TechTwice... Crazy right? If youre looking to replace your older or broken smart phone without selling an arm and a leg, TechTwice is perfect for you. If you want to file a loan or sell your soul for a good smart phone... well, your prerogative... Have fun!

Fantastic company to work with, I have visited them a handful of times within the last month. They have been very good at understanding. I was able to exchange twice to find the right phone for me. They are very picky when it comes to their conditions and I appreciate that very much. I thought I was becoming the only person that doesnt think a bunch of dings or cracks as "good" condition. I normally buy my phone online but I HATE waiting for an order to arrive, so its a godsend to have found them and I can stop in and buy the phone I want and not wait for shipping, and on top of that their pricing is so competitive. I normally pay about 10-20% less with techtwice then I will buying online, and also with online I have the concern that I might get burn with a bad phone or stolen phone. I fully trust techtwice and I know if there is a problem I can come into the store and have any of their amazing staff help me.

Was pleasantly surprised to see a second hand phone store down the street from where I live. I was looking for a used phone and found a iPhone 6 in excellent condition at a fair price at TechTwice. The staff there was really nice and had no problems showing me all the models they had. The phones are all clean, packaged real well and come with new accessories. I didnt know much about iPhones (Im an Android user), but the staff was helpful in showing me the differences between the models, even though they themselves werent sure. They did a quick comparison search on google for me and showed me the differences. They also gave me a short amount of time to return the phone just in case I couldnt unlock the t-mobile carrier lock on the phone. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a used phone and dont want to deal with the shady 2nd hand market on Craigslist.

Highly recommended! Several months ago I bought a used iPhone for my son, which was in great condition and works perfectly, he is very happy with it. Later when I was looking for a phone for my daughter I checked with TechTwice and scored another awesome used iPhone. I also found out they sell accessories and were opening a repairs department, so I picked up a spare charger. I came back later with my Galaxy that needed a repair, and it was done that same day. I am very impressed with TechTwice and their friendly staff. I will return when I am ready to trade-in and upgrade!

I wasnt sure if buying a used phone is a good idea, but I tried it because it offered me good price. Very pleased and satisfied with the experience, the phone looked in better condition than described and I havent had any problem. The price was affordable and their customer care team was very helpful and not pushy. The store has good selection of quality accessories and the price wont break your wallet. All and all... good deal!! Will do business with this company again for my next phone.

Cant give them less stars. I bought a used LG4, price was good but I later learned there was a known defect that LG was fixing but only for original owners and this phones serial number was smack in the middle of the range with the issue. This company should have known and probably did, the owners, Jim and Breanne Smith, should be ashamed. They are now closed but continue work their book business. I called the company and they would not do anything to make it right.

Excellent service; they tried to replace a screen for my Zenfone2, but the part (which I had brought in, off of ebay) did not work. Most places would charge you extra for putting the (cracked) original screen back in (as a temporary solution) since it takes just as much work/time as the first swap, but they did not add any charge. Friendly, straight-forward, predictable, honest pricing - great service.

Glad I found this place. Broke my phone and wasnt going to go buy another phone from verizon and get ripped off again even with being elegible for an upgrade. The phone is "used" or "refurbished" but for 200-300 bucks it looks brand new, nothing wrong, and they offer a super cheap insurance plan for it. Glad I went in here. In and out in 20 minutes with a new working phone.

Great place to buy/sell used cells phones, tablets, and accessories. They are part of Mackenzie Books and, sad to say Tech Twice part of operation has closed. The staff is so, so wonderful knowledgeable, and helpful. When I was diagnosed with cancer they all signed a card and mailed it to my home to wish me well. NO company has ever done anything like that. Great people!

Ive purchased a Note 4 and a Moto X Pure from this place and love them! Both devices were in excellent condition and work perfectly. Their staff was very friendly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They even have a 30 day return policy! I wanted to find a deal on a phone, but didnt want to use Craigslist. Thank goodness I found this place!

I was hesitant to buy a used phone but I am so glad that I did. I love my Note 4!! The customer service team at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the phone and answered all of the questions that I had. Best part was, they bought my Galaxy s4 when I upgraded too. I wont hesitate coming back to techtwice for future purchases.
