Absolute worst customer service in the county. If I could give negative reviews. I would. The employees are rude and inconsiderate. Not mention they cant even manage to do their job. My girlfriend went into the store to get a new iPhone. She literally sat there for an hour completely ignored as the 2 employees helped 2 other customers. They didnt even acknowledge her or say they would be with her shortly. As she sat there. She attempted to call other Verizon stores to see who were open. She accidentally called the store she was in and literally watched the female employee pick up and hang up the phone without even answering the call. At that point she had enough and said something to the employee before walking out. I have been in this store a few times and it is always the same. The employees are rude and dismissive and offer absolutely ZERO customer service. If you live in Windsor. You are better off spending the gas money to drive to Santa Rosa for better service. This kind of customer service really makes me want to go back to being an AT&T customer and I absolutely despise AT&T.

I went in to the store and the person behind the counter started out by asking why I was there. I said to get a new phone. He said he would like to help but he just got off the clock and has to go pick up his kids. So the only other worker there was with someone else. Ok. So I wait. And wait and wait. The lady who was helping the other clients kept asking about their ethnicity and things of that nature. It was very rude and the customers were obviously not into that topic of discussion. I was annoyed but still waiting. About 10 minutes go bully and the man that previously said he had Ilyo go pick up his kids stuck his head out from what I assume was the break room to inform the other worker that he stole one of her sodas and used "her trick" to open it. She explained to the other customers that it was a "Mexican " trick. Ok. So I wait a few more minutes until I hear more conversation of the same and decide to leave. I was very displeased with how the my handled their business. Poor customer service.

I had such a horrible experience with Santa Rosa Verizon and Rohnert Park Verizon,just nobody seemed to really care to help me get my Turbo 2 phone custom made. Everyone kept saying "Oh we were not taught how to do that so we cant help you" or "Oh my district manager doesnt even know how to work the Moto Maker" like it was so bad,and I am very serious about my phone and for them to show such a lack in customer service and care really made me want to switch phone carriers. But when I came to Windsor Verizon,I was welcomed with such respect and care,and the customer service was Phenomenal!!!! I just want to thank Michael Houle so much for literally taking the time to help me custom make my Turbo 2,and even when he got stuck he figured out how to get the Moto Maker up and working. Windsor Verizon is my favorite Verizon store,the only one I will go to from now on when I need something electronic,or have a question.
