The store manager and employee were the not helpful at all. I went in with daughter to switch her new iphone 5s pre-paid phone. The guys did not tell me it would cost another 45.00 to start her phone again. They switched it over and now there is no service to either phone. I asked for the OWNER number and the store manager would not give it to me. What a bunch of worthless employees.. I would never go back again. Cant wait to speak with SCOTT the OWNER if that is really his name? TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!

These people suck. I have gone here multiple times and every time i end up having to go to the Santa Rosa Ave store to have my problems fixed. These people cant even build a plan that works for you. Save yourself the time and frustration and go Santa Rosa

I went in to get a new cell phone when mine died. They were great and helped me select a Galaxy S6. The manager then helped me transfer my large contacts list to the new phone. Overall, service, assistance and program were great.
