Yesterday I tried to purchase a phone and was fed bulls**t from a store rep saying "I need to have a $10 insurance on the phone or I cant buy the phone and it is because of people leaving T-mobile by losing/breaking their phones and still have to pay the phone off." I responded to him "I know how this works and its like a car purchase, if I wreck my car I still have to pay for it and its by law to have insurance why do I need to have insurance for a phone?" After a few minutes arguing with this idiot I left almost leaving T-mobile for another carrier. Luckly I called T-mobile and they said this is a choice we have not something that is mandatory. Make your life easier and avoid this area, they dont educate their employees and you could accidently have something added to your plan when it you have to option of not adding in that feature. I figured out that he was trying to sell me the $10 jump program which I didnt care for and all he really wanted to do was push that sale.

Thinking about going with Tmobile- DONT!! Ive been with Tmobile for 10 years +. My husband was deployed to Afghanistan,couldnt get any of his calls and had so many other problems with my phone. Tmobile said " buy this $600 phone and your problems will stop" wanting to get phone calls from my husband, and needing a phone for obvious reasons, I bought the phone. Ive had even MORE problems, and Tmobile has done nothing for me. They are not only crooks but a bad company all together. They will make your life horrible. Adios you crappy phone company!

I went in to add my mom to my line for the extra $30 I was qouted when I first activated. Apparently the person who I spoke to today was an idiot because he told me it would be 50 not 30 even though it said "add another line for $30" for my plan i had and refused to explain why it was different other then how their unlimited data isnt really unlimited which obviously DIDNT HELP ME. Then when he learned that we werent gonna pay for that he picked up the phone and began ignoring us talking to someone else. Assholes!!!

No matter what, no matter if they close in 5 minutes or Im having a phone issue or a data issue or what ever the case may be this T-Mobile location has the best customer service I have ever seen! They probably know me on a first name basis ! They are all real rock stars and they have defiantly fixed their waiting issue! They always have someone to help me right when I walk in! Thank you guys so much!!
