Having to deal with this location after they sprayed water on my husband new s7. The manager Greg Austin and Asst. Manager Chris Ramirez would not exchange his phone. Will update after dealing with them tomorrow. If they dont resolve this tomorrow I will my contact lawyer and make this larger then it has to be. If you go to this store dont forget to do their job for them. Example-make sure you offer yourself the protection insurance. Also dont allow them to put your plastic screen protector on your phone because thats how all this started. They sprayed water on the phone to make the DRY screen protector stick. That didnt work so now Im not only out almost $700.00 for the phone, but the $15 for the screen protector.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My girlfriend bought an iphone5 from them. Due to the really crappy service she was getting, (i.e. dropped calls, texts not going through either way, etc.) we decided to put her on my AT&T wireless family plan. Problem was we need Cricket to "unlock" the phone so we can use AT&T. Went into this store where she bought it and there is nothing but inept morons working there who told us "oh, we cant unlock the phone. We just flash it." They then told us to "sell the phone on e-bay." TO WHO? WHOS GOING TO BUY A PHONE THAT DOESNT WORK? $600.00 she paid for what at this time is essentially a brick. Loser morons!

These guys were friendly, I am now saving just over $25 per month by switching from StraightTalk. Service is great, we have 2 lines, (both unlocked iPhone) , for total of $70 per month.

It is hard to get to the front door of this Business because of all of the construction.. The staff is not very helpful. Products are a little pricey.
