I would like to thank Tate for the outstanding service he provided. I came into the store around 5 pm Friday the 6th.I was not a happy camper,. I had placed a new order online for a phone and accessories, needless to say that will NEVER happen again.I told Tate that he may not want to help me ,I warned him ahead of time this was going to be a pain He did not flinch but readily said No Problem how can I help. From that point on For 2/12 hours on the phone with Verizon he got it all settled for me. He was Patient and Professional A class young man I would Highly recommend anytime. Thank you Tate your Store will always get my business.

Went in to just get a mobile hot spot so we didnt have to keep using our phones for it ended up with a new phone also. They had a great promo going on everyone was friendly and helpful, was greeted as soon as we walked in. Would definitely be going back when ever we need anything done in person with verizon.

Quick service, friendly staff. Typical cell phone place, they do their job and try to "hook you up" with add-ons, but thats just the industry, not the employees. Better than a lot of other places.
