I went in to T-moble yesterday feeling very stressed and unsure about how to move foward with leaving behind my ATT plan, and left with a great plan, an awesome new phone, and smooth and excellent customer service. Joe, the main person helping me was super friendly and the other guy there, I think his name was Victor, was real helpful when additional assistance was needed. Switching phone carriers is often as fun as going to the dentists, but this time around it was like I got some novicane and left with no cavities :).

Terrible customer service. Had a problem with my phone that is only 11 months old. When I asked for help in getting a new phone they were unable to help me because my old phone was "defective". Even though it worked fine. Also the plan they had told me I could originally sign up for, suddenly I didnt qualify for it anymore. They told me they would get in trouble if they helped me. Told me to go to another t-mobile store and dont tell them I had a problem with my phone so they would give me a new one. No help what so ever.

The store has been inexplicably closed for the past two days with a hand written sign on the door. On the 22nd the sign read "Closed 06/22/17". Today the 22 is crossed out and in its place is the number 23. There is no indication when the store might open. I attempted to ask an employee when they might be open but she ignored me. Talk about poor customer service.

Wonderful experience. The employees were quite knowledgeable and even more importantly, they really spent the time I needed to answer some difficult questions. They are either really motivated to be interested in customers or they are hungry and really motivated to be interested in customers! I highly recommend.

I needed to transfer lines to TMobile, as I am migrating from AT&T. I expected for it to take a couple of hours. I was out the door with 4 SIM cards and a brand new account in 20 minutes. If CiCi is working there, ask for her. She is awesome. Patrick is also super nice to work with.

Kyle and Jordan were champs. So helpful with my transaction, which had several moving parts and pieces, and they went out of their way to make sure I was off to a good start with my new smart phone. This is a new Tmobile location, and recommended.
