These folks are great, very helpful in a very bad situation that Verizon call center was not resolving. I documented my phone problems by taking it back into this store where I bought it from and having them get verizon call center on the phone and then following verizons exact directions. When the phone still did not work correctly after 3 attempts I was really glad that the store employees backed me up having seen the issues and getting the verizon call center on the phone for me. When Verizon call center said they had no "notes" about my last complaint call and the promises they made to fix the situation these employees stood up for me verifying every step I had followed and documenting the time line of my complaints. Without them being honest and telling the call center what they had seen and helped me with Verizon would have hosed me, not following through with what they had previously promised me. These employees have integrity, honesty , are courteous and actually do the right thing. customer service is a priority within the constraints that verizon places on them, so if they cant fix it it because of verizons policy. buy your phone here first and IF you need help after that you will be glad you came here. 2 weeks after going into the store the protective screen cover they applied started to peel off. I thought this wouldnt be a big deal since the specifically told me that if this happened all I had to do was bring it back in. Well I did but they didnt have the cover in Stock so they told me they would call me when they got more. After a couple more weeks of waiting I never heard from them so I went back in. Now they tell me that they arent going to stock that kind anymore. I asked if they could just replace it with whatever brand they use now, but they told me no. Apparently I have to go to the manufactures Web site and order a new one. I asked of they could help me do this and it was also a no. So now I have to jump through hoops to get my screen fixed even though they were the ones that messed up the application. I was also charged more for everything because this isnt the actual Verizon store its a retailer. I thought I would at least get good service for the extra money but I guess not.

Before and during our purchase it was a great experience. After purchasing, not so much. The screen protectors were put on (by the sales associate) with lint under one and the other partly covered the screen. The next day we went back and they would not replace the screens. Jason attempted to fix the screen on the phone covering the front camera and commented, "how often will you really use the front camera?" Ummm we didn't pay over $600 for nothing. We want to be able to use our phones to their fullest. He took the screen off and reapplied (without cleaning the screen so now there are air bubbles and lint) and then took a phone call, walking away from us. We paid $15 for a pack of 3 protectors that they put on improperly. $10 was just thrown down the drain. Thanks for wasting our money and making our screens look like crap!!!!!!

Brandon Barnes was a great help to me. He found a great way to save me money on my bill monthly by adding military discount to my account. He found a great Android phone for me because my iphone 6 broke and I had no insurance (smh, silly me) and a i got a screaming deal on a Hum smart car set up for my truck!! For only $10 bucks a month. Couldnt beat that deal. I save a lot of money just for owning it so its a win win. I didnt have to wait in line when I walked in. These are the kind of people that have your best interest at heart and dont just treat you like you are getting hustled. I didnt feel rushed and I got what I needed I thought it would be a pain to buy a phone these but Brandon made it affordable and logical with great customer service. Verizon has a winner with him thats for sure. Keep up the good work

OMG! Best service by Verizon ever! If you ever get disgruntled by long wait times at other area V stores, you HAVE to come here. Greg helped me with superior service to get a great new phone, update my plan, saved me money, and advised me how I could save more in the future. He linked all my email accounts to the smart phone and got me on my way, in, wait for it...40 minutes! Ive never been out the door with a new phone completely set up in less than an hour. His friendly nature and desire to make me satisfied with the phone has made me a permanent, dedicated customer of this particular store. THANK YOU for having made my phone-buying experience a joy! You rock, Greg!

Steffen really helped us with our questions and explained everything with great knowledge. I would return to this store over going to verizon by chuck e cheese anyday!!! The guys at the regular Verizon store are horrible at service. It always takes forever, nobody seems happy to help. Even if you make an appointment, you STILL have to wait. So, if you have Verizon service, go to these guys in the Ross Plaza. Theyre friendly, and its not ever crowded!

Taylor Jones is amazing. I came into the Verizon store very upset that my brand new 5s that I purchased online came with a passcode on it. She was on the phone with apple support for over an hour to rest the device so I could access it. Turns out the device was defective. She went way out of her way to try her best to make it right. I will be returning for future needs when it comes to cell service.

my experience was extremely positive. Brittany was very professional as well as extremely helpful. The next day after my "washed" phone dried out enough to show my phone book, she transferred all my numbers to the new phone, as well as connected my car to my bluetooth. These were things that I didnt know how to do. I was very appreciative of all her help and assistance. Great employee!

I went in to replace my Samsung 6S because my screen was damaged and on the verge of failing. Taylor flawlessly got me a replacement phone with all my contacts, pictures, and videos transferred over. A Wireless has great staff that are knowledable and very friendly. Overall great experience!

It was great experience purchacing the phone here. Great customer care. No waiting line. Its a new store and clean too! The only thing they dont have is techical support team. I got my driod 2 global from here and they even teach me how to use the phone. :)
