Came in late last night to get my phone switched over. When quoted the $10 price to have them help me I asked why they were charging me werent they Verizon? I am a customer, I just got this very expensive phone. The person stated, "Well we are TCC and we like to get paid for the work we do, I work on commission." Her supervisor was next to us and she asked in an accusatory tone, "May I ask why you didnt buy it from us here?" Now I get it, they need to make money. I also get that they want to increase traffic into the store. But my response was edited. I said, " oh I was just on line and did it." in my head I was thinking. "Because, I dont deal well with pushy sales people, I dont want to be ripped off either." The online price at Verizon was less than what they were quoting for my phone. These guys were caustic and had a weird openly hostile way of dealing with each other and the other customers in the store. A guy next to me just wanted to buy a sim card and they were giving him a hard time because he didnt want to put it in right there or get his phone charged up. The manager stated "well I am just trying to be helpful..." and followed up with a withering glare. Then she tried to hand him off to the girl that was helping me. The worst in store experience and this isnt all of it. Now I have to go back in to the store because the over priced screen protector that she opened and applied to my phone before telling me the price is damaged from her jabbing at it and bubbly. Do I get my $10 back? I like to be paid for my effort too.

We came in to price new phones. We were impressed with the explanations of all the phones and the features. We came in thinking a certain phone was best for our needs, but after Andrew asked a lot of questions about our expectations we were shown several phones that were a much better fit for us at 1/2 the price. We will be back. He did not rush us and set our 4 year grandson up with his phone watching Scobe Do. We were there over 2 1/2 hours. Best Verizon experience ever.

Was offered other services that would have them set the phone up, I knew I could do on my own. Never felt pressured to to buy anything I didnt need. But was offered all offers and services. Overall great experience at this store. I wouldnt hesitate to return for any other needs I may need. Great staff!

The supervisor, I think her name was Janie, is super kind and sweet! She was very knowledgable and made me feel very happy about walking into her store! The reps all seem like they want to be there and were all very helpful ☺️ Im never going to another store ever again!
