Do not shop here they will screw you over and out of your money. The agent at the store broke PRIVACY POLICY gave my account information out over the phone to another company with out verifying the account with me. When I complained to the store about this I was told that it didnt happen and they would do nothing to fix it. I called and complained to Customer Service and Melvin ID 908339 advised that he would refund me due to the agent breaking privacy policy and that it could take up to 10 days. Its now been over a month and surprise no refund. The IVR system will not allow you to speak with an agent unless you have a active phone number with (#metropcs, @metropcs) them. I called the corporate phone number and selected option 5 for the Fraud and Ethics Department surprise again, the number goes to a message that the extension is a test number and not active thank you good bye. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! I am now out $200 and a months worth of time and effort because they broke PRIVACY POLICY! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!
