buyer beware. Staff is friendly and helpful until you have a problem (created by them). My experience is that they talked me into getting new phones by "adding new lines" which would then be suspended. The reality is, I now have 4 lines to pay for. The practice is deceptive - dishonest. I learned that the staff makes commission based on selling new equipment and they obviously figured out a way around the high cost of a cell phone - the consumer can purchase them at a discount with a new line. Fine and dandy, but the "THE LINES WILL THEN BE SUSPENDED" was not approved by corporate and I now have 4 lines on a new 2 year agreement and a $350 cancellation fee for each of the 4 lines. BUYER BEWARE! It is now a month later and Verizon still has not addressed this issue and still has not fixed the problem. The manager of the store has told me that it is out of his hands and is now at corporate. I had to drive to Poulsbo for that information as he never bother to call me back as promised.

I spent 3 hours in the store trying to get a Galaxy S5 which I told her right when I arrived. She tried to sell me everything in the store, upgrade this, change that, buy this tablet, and after 3 hours of helping 3-4 people at one time turning her back on me multiple times while I waited around halfway through my order I was told the phone was not in stock, she ordered the phone with out telling me. The order could not get canceled because it had already been put through. I went to the Silverdale store to try and get a phone but because this order was pending I could not get a new order until the phone arrives. NEVER GO TO GO WIRELESS. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Go Wireless is not Verizon, they are a 3rd party seller for Verizon and are terrible. Each time I call a manager is not in or unavailable. Never again

To Whom This May Concern, I came into Verizon"Go Wireless" to purchase a new phone connect cord. I left with a very nice new phone....not my intention, but probably the best phone for my needs. Mason had a smile and a welcome as I walked through the door; the store was VERY busy , yet, I knew he sincerely cared about the customer. The time he invested in me and my needs directly related to his professional character and care about the customer . Observing Mason, With each customer, I really am very inpressed with his personal interaction which each customer and their individual needs. A GREAT REP....HE COULD GO PLACES WITH A CORPORATION....HE IS THE BEST REP/ SALES PERSON I H AVE ENCOUNTERED at Verizon Or in general....Framinghgam Ma.,to Silverdale Wa.. Like one of the other people posted, I first went down to the Silverdale store, but the wait was so long that I left and went to Poulsbo. I first talked with Jourdan Gross in January to find out what my options were for switching from AT&T to Verizon. Even in the last month of my contract, AT&T wanted to charge me $60 to leave, so I decided to wait until Feb. When I went back to the Poulsbo store, Jourdan remembered me, provided fantastic service, and was really honest with me about the best plan and phone. It was one of the best customer service experiences I can recall. I cant say the same for Verizons telephone customer service, which takes forever on hold. But Jourdan went over the phone, plans and accessories I wanted, and I ended up with exactly what I needed.

I have had Verizon service for a few years now. Their customer service over the phone or through chat is OK, but I dont think any cellphone company has great customer service. Ive been to the Verizon kiosk at the mall and their supplies are VERY limited. Whenever I want to buy something new or fix a problem this is where I go. The customer service is outstanding and the employees are very knowledgeable. They have fixed account and phones problems for me that the stores on Bainbridge and in Silverdale only made worse. I wont go anywhere else!

She spent a lot of time & energy working the best deal for our rather quirky combination of old school/modern wants & needs. Hello!! I was doing my bedding laundry and my phone accidentally got thrown into the washing machine! YIKES!! Talk about terrible! We showed up to Verizon GoWireless and Jalahne was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my phone that was soaking in the washing machine was a goner, however I am now the proud owner of a red iPhone 7! Happy Mothers Day to me!!
