Went in Saturday I needed a SIM card for my iPad...worst customer service I have ever gotten. The kid was to busy talking to his friends when taking my payment then would not listen my iPad had nothing to do with my cell phone business account and he said he had to have it to sell me the SIM card. Then he did not activate it before putting it in my iPad so it would not work the manager said all sales are final and would not refund it. Well an hour and half later after I got on the phone with Verizon service they had no problem locating the ph number for my iPad and to get them to get me a working SIM card. This Verizon store only wanted to make sale saying it was my iPad that was bad which it was not!!! Then tried to get me on another plan....of course then the manager said no charge for the second SIM card ... Will NEVER go into that store again even the service rep on the phone was shocked at how horrible there store was at there service

I appreciated how Jonathan took the time to set up my phone even though I had purchased it at car toys and it was their job to help me with that. Jonathan let me know of other offers again that car toys should have let you know about but they didnt. He helped set up the phone, the Samsung pay, and he help me to pay for my device, which I offered to pay at car toys. Come to find out car toys gets a higher commission for getting you to get on a payment plan. Plus I paid $20 more for the same phone at Car toys. Josh at the haden island Car toys told me I should wait for my first bill. However had I paid when I first offered it would have saved me close to $30. If youre going to purchase a phone using Verizon service definitely go to a Verizon store and and talk to Johnathan not car toys as they dont seem to know the equipment and collecting your money is their concern they dont seem to desire to really help you out.

This store and their reps are the best I have encountered by far compared to any other Verizon store I have ever been to. The customer service was unparalleled and they all go above and beyond to help me and any of my friends or family I send their way. The store manager and the reps are great when it comes to working with me on prices and waving any fees I might be charged. They are all very knowledgable and are able to break down any questions I might have about bills or my plan in a way that I am able to understand very easily. I have also seen the way they deal with rude or angry customers who walk in and immediately try to give the staff issues about things they had no control over. They still provided great customer service and tried to resolve their issue. Thanks kelso cell plus!

Horrid staff. They ridicule their boss when shes not in the store, act snotty to customers, treat older people like they have no business even attempting to operate modern technology, and they leave customers standing around while they sip Starbucks and joke amongst themselves. Its the equivalent of a frat house phone store. The offer I requested included a free Visa card which I found out a week later wasnt entered correctly so I didnt get it... All I got was a contract, a changed deal, ripped off, and educated about Verizon and this prime example of the quality youll experience if you choose them.

My 95 year old dad went in to buy a new flip phone last month, he is on my family plan. He was helped by Pamela Pannkuk who sold him a $260 flip phone! I didnt even know they could cost so much! She sold him the most expensive one and didnt offer any options of less expensive ones she could order. She did not give him options of ordering a cheaper one and totally took advantage of him. It was put it on my account, I about fell over when I saw the bill. Ive been with Verizon for fifteen years but am going to pay the phone off and go with a more trustworthy company, Im done with Verizon!

This Is not a version store.. all I wanted to do was buy a new phone. I have version as my carrier. When I went in to purchase a new phone I was told I needed to go to a real version store. This Is crazy the sign says Verizon but they refuse to sell a phone. Absolutely ridiculous I cannot believe the lady told me I need to drive to either Seattle or Vancouver to find a real Verizon store what is the point of even having this store here if they cant even sell a phone or help Verizon customer I call this false advertisement.

Dana was very kind & helpful to us & helped us tremdously. I got a glimpse of our first months bill & then I realized why she was so nice. We were taken to the cleaners. so I finally got the manager and he said he would call me back that day. Three days later he hadnt called back so I called him. He gave me a lame excuse &now I have to live with it. This place is a rip off &all they r out for is to scalp. I realize I am away from where I live, but customer service was atrocious. Thx for nothing Les.

Id give a zero star if it were possible. They sold me a bent iPhone and wanted to charge me to exchange it. I was in their store 3 times and each one there was an upset customer going nuts about their piss poor customer service. Id actually cancel my service over this experience if I wasnt past my 30 day grace period. I question any rating thats not. 1 star. Drive to Vancouver and go to a corporate store, you will be happy you did...

Troy is an excellent salesman! He asked how he can help and I explained what Im looking for. He was patient while I searched for the right product and accommodated to my needs. I have hearing aids; and he walked me through the process on how to pair my hearing aids with my phone, which was a great help!

I wouldnt give them any star if it were possible! I brought back headphones which had wrong sized jack! It was tough shict for me, they told me they have no return policy! Never stepping into any verizon store again! T-mobile has just as good of coverage in this area, and cheaper by far!

The customer service is the worst ever. The representative Alexia is very condescending and treated us like we were stupid and when we had an issue would not even try to fix the problem. I would never tell anyone to go there. This store would get a negative 5 stars if I could.

My experience at this store could not have been any better I usually prefer to call in to get my phones and I decided to go to a store and it was the best choice I could have made. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Absolutely loved my time at the Kelso store

Dana Brooks was one of the most professional people I have ever met. She helped me she helped me discover things I never even knew with my phone, you shouldt have more employees like Dana. If I could I would take her and hire her at my own business. Way to go Verizon.
