They told me after two months of buying a new phone I had to get a new phone because the 200 dollar phone I just got wouldnt work with the new AT&T joint thing they had( probably a lie) offering me no compensation for my old phone that blew my mind! So I get some new Windows 8 phone from them and soon after they changed to boost mobile when they were cricket meaning you gotta get a new phone at this point I refused to keep playing these games with my hard earned money if anything offer us a new phone and a month free its not our fault your hanging on by a thread. Doesnt make it right to be completely shady like my experiences with this location!! Would not recommend them to anybody who cares about not giving out your hard earned money.

Absolutely amazing! Alex was a great help, introduced me to Boost Mobile and helped me make the switch! Also helped with a technical difficulty and a bug that I couldve never seemed to fix myself. Probably the best decision Ive made to walk in this store!! Thanks Alex you were so awesome!!!!

Mike was the best at customer service. He helped me get a phone when cricket left people high &dry. Today he helped my friend get her phone and helped us with the refer a friend program. He was able to answer all our questions. Great asset to Boost mobile. Give that young man a raise!

Came in to get some help for my dads phone, which was acting wonky. Left feeling like I should leave AT&T at the end of my contract and switch to Boost. Alex went above and beyond to take care of us, I cant speak highly enough of the service that was provided.
