Criminal conduct, deception, and poor customer service. In December I was at the 15115 SE McLoughlin Blvd Verizon store being helped by the store manager, Dan Brady. I was a happy T-Mobile customer, but my employer had just signed a contract with Verizon offering a 15% discount, so I thought Id see about prices. Dan informed me that currently Verizon was currently offering promotional incentives that would equal $300 if I switched services. He hand wrote out the discounts, gave them to me, and said they would take place in a few months. I agreed to start service. Four months later and several conversations with Verizon employees, these discounts had not been applied. I went back to the McLoughlin store in March and spoke to the new store manager, Amber, about the situation. She informed me that the previous manager, Dan Brady, had been fired due to unscrupulous activity and that she and other Verizon management were “cleaning up his messes”. Turns out that their store manager was lying about my incentives, committing a crime. She agreed to help me by contacting her superior and requesting that my agreement with Dan be honored. She said she would contact me in two days. I never heard back from Amber. I went in to the McLoughlin store a week later to talk to her. She initially reported that she had not heard back from her supervisor regarding my request. A few minutes into our conversation she changed her statement, now saying that she had heard back and that “there was nothing she could do”. She gave me the name of her territory manager, Stephanie Wriborg. Two store managers and multiple lies. I have been willing and patient, wanting to work with Verizon and its staff, but their lack of integrity and disrespect for their customers is appalling. As someone who has been a victim of a Verizon employees criminal activity, a manager of their company, they would want to do everything they can to right the wrong and honor the agreement that their store manager made. I met Stephanie at the store and she took my report. After reviewing the information she said, “You are not going to like this” and proceeded to say they would not honor two of the three incentives Dan had promised. She argued that my information was “heresay”. No apologies for the mistreatment. Nothing resembling customer service. I left. I called Verizon customer service to file a complaint against Amber and Stephanie. The representative was kind, took my information, and passed it on to the appropriate channels. His name was Chris and he was professional and responsive, apologized for Amber and Stephanie and reported that my information would be reviewed and if appropriate, disciplinary action taken. He also said that the $300 credits would be reviewed and considered to be offered. A stark contrast to the treatment of Amber and Stephanie. I would avoid doing “business” with this store and its management team. Unless you like being treated poorly.

I went here to combine my cell phone plan with my gf, this part went smoothly enough, however I was told that I "get a free jetpack (little mobile hotspot thing)". I indicated that I would not use one of these and didnt want it, but was told "its free, you might as well take it", which I grudgingly did. This added a $10 monthly "line access fee" to my bill. When I tried to call and cancel the jetpack, I was told by the national help line that I would have to go to the store. When I went back to the store, I was told that because coupons were used, my bill would be higher, the clerk noted that she could not provide details on this. The whole thing feels pretty shady to me. It isnt out of character for Verizon at large, in my experience, where there are always lots of hidden charges, surprise fees, etc. I have been a verizon customer for 15 years, but this may finally push me elsewhere.

I was in right at 10 am when they open and was helped by Heather D and Danny was also there and helped her. I had two $10.00 Discount Cards that I was able to use. The items that I purchased she charged me full price and stated I had these discount cards but I do not see where I received a $20.00 credit. I came home and looked at the sales slip and cant find my discount so they charged me the full price for the items I purchased after she told me they were each $20.00 a piece. I looked these items up on line and I never received my discount or credit. Plus when I was in there Danny promised me a pen like cleaning item since I was getting three items and they said I didnt get that since I got a credit which I never got. I will not be going back to this store until these two people are gone. I call them dishonest.....

Horrible experience. I had a new device that I was told I could return in 14 days if I had a problem or changed my mind. I was on vaca and the device broke the 2nd time I used it. I called the store and they told me to bring it to an Apple store to get it fixed. The Apple store told me it was defective. I took it back Cellular Plus and store and the manager said she would order me a new one. I called several days later to see if it was in, and they told me that they in fact would not replace it, even in the 14 day window because in the fine print it says you cant return iPads. Now theyre sending me to the Apple store again. Pfft. Loving my new iPad that I havent been able to use yet, that Ive had for 3 weeks now and am paying for service on!!!! Urrgh. Come on people!

Share a tip.I was having problems with my phone and Jess the manager at Cellular Plus was so helpful and go things fixed really fast, even though I wasnt buying anything. I really appreciated their help and sent my fiance down to get his new phone there. If you are looking for a Verizon store this is the one to go to!

Danny helped us so much.....we went in to just transfer service from a phone that died to an old phone and ended up getting 3 new phones, saving a bunch of money and a bunch of amazing offers. It was like Christmas in April. You cant beat that! Thanks! We will be going back for future upgrades.
