This place sold me a new phone that was used and had bad virus issues embedded into the phone that couldnt be removed no matter what. The guy who had owned it before me had take photos of him and his girlfriend doing things other people shouldnt see and these photos as well couldnt be removed from the phone and was embedded into the phone as well and I only found this out when my little girl was taking photos and discovered them on my phone while playing with it. I was so upset and horrified by this and what my little girl saw. When taking the phone back they tried to tell me that the guy who sold it to me no longer worked there and they had no idea and didnt wanna trade my phone even after corporate had sent them a request of return from a manager and still tired to make me pay for another phone Then they sold me parts that were "kind of" for my phone it was a glass screen protector and then tired to cut with scissors and I said no no no thats not what I paid for and no only that its gonna screw up the strength of the screen protector. My mother also had went there after me telling her not to and they sold here a used phone and charged her full price like it was a brand new phone and because of here age and not knowing her ins and outs about phone related things you need to have ,charged her and made her pay for things that she didnt need or would never use and also didnt want to return her phone and the extra things they sweet talked her into buying... Rude dishonest lying service.
