Bought a Windows phone here with the promise of a huge rebate. What I wasnt told was the rebate only came with the unlimited package. After a couple of weeks, my new phone started freezing on me, rebooting randomly or just shutting off but, since it took longer than seven days for my new phone to fall apart, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. MetroPCS refuses to help even after saying they would and Im out $160 for a defective phone and one month of service that maybe works 25% of the time. Whatever you do, stay away from this place.
