AIR LINK sold me the phone for 70 dollars and told me if there was anything wrong with it to give them a call. It has been shutting off. they had first told me there was nothing wrong with phone but when it shut off the first time for no reason, i took the battery out and saw that the water damage sticker had infact been water damaged, i gave them a call, they did not pick up so i left a message telling them they had lied to me. GUESS WHAT! No returned calls to me. So i called them again tonight. the guy answered me i told him that it had been shutting off and freezing, he then proceeded to tell me i am a bad person and was whining about the phone, then i told him that they guarenteed me the phone in the first place and had already lost mine and he HUNG UP ON ME!. I am beyond furious with AIRLINK. NEVER will i go there again unless it is to yell at them. This is downright rediculous! It all began when i took my first G1 there and they were repairing it and Lost it. They didnt bother to call me when it had happened, instead they waited two weeks to call me back after i had left several messages asking what is going on. they then told me instead of me having to pay the repair fee (90) that i would pay 70 for this other phone. He told me there was nothing wrong with it. yet when he opened it, it seemed a bit fishy cuz he took it away and seemed to hide the phone a little bit until he had it closed.

I was at another shop that gets their phones flashed by airlink, and the guy said he gauranteed them for 30 days. I had my phone a little over a week and it fried. He told me to get lost. So I took the phone down to airlink, they said even though it wasnt their phone, if they could do anything they would stand by it. They agreed with me though that the transceiver was dead. Cant replace what cant be replaced. We did some testing to make sure though. I picked up a brand new blackberry curve from them instead. Fully flashed over to my network. Works GREAT. These guys know what they are doing. Ive done a fair bit of phone flashing and repair myself over the past few years To the guy hating because they didnt have the parts he wanted, if you notice he kind of made it clear what happened, and it was his own fault. He asked if they had blackberry parts in stock, which they do. He never specified a model or anything else. Of course they arent going to have every part for every blackberry laying around. So when they told him that yes they had parts, that answer was accurate to what he asked. Most who ask that have a slew of stuff from different blackberrys they need fixed. Please guy get a clue before you rag on places and take some responsibility for your own actions. You want a Liar, go visit Charles up the road a piece from them at the cricket store, now HES a low life liar.

My fairly-new $600 Motorola smartphone had a completely shattered glass face, and my carriers insurance deductible was $150 if I wanted to send it in for a replacement. Because the glass face was busted, I could not "unlock" the phone to access or backup any of my data. Instead of replacing it, I called Airlink based on a recommendation from a friend, and Minh had the phone fully repaired and ready for pickup in a couple days (he said he had a backlog of orders to process, but 2 days is certainly a shorter wait than what I was expecting :-). His fee was less than a hundred bucks, which is cheaper than any quote I got from internet-based phone repair companies and cheaper than my insurance deductible, and his repair work was Guaranteed for months. It was much better than an insurance replacement, in my opinion, because my phone still had all its data/profiles intact. I would highly recommend Airlink in Portland to anyone with phone damage.

My name is Andrew, For the last 4+ years Ive utilized the Excellent Hardware and Software support from Mihn & Thomas here at Airlink. Initianall, My handset was an HTC HD2 on T-Mobile network. The operating system Windows Mobile, I wanted to convert to Android. I came to Airlink, and the next day it was done. That job cost me only $40. On another occosaion, I needed to unlock the Network Carrier and phone function on my Samsung Galaxy Tab. I wanted to change my Tablet from T-Mobile to AT&T. Again, I came to Mihn & Thomas at Airlink and just like tha, problem solved. And recently, I needed to unlock My AT&T Samsung Infuse 4G so I could use it on Simple Mobile network. I said it once, and Ill say it again. The guys at Airlink can fix any and all of your phone problems, Hardware and Software. My name is Andrew, And Thats The Truth!!!

I decided to try Airlink because it was conveniently located near my employer. I had been calling around trying to sell my iPhone 5s for about a month. I called and spoke with Minh and I asked him do they buy phones? He stated yes! I explained to him the type of phone I had, and there just so happened to be a customer searching for the same type of phone. Minh took it upon himself to help this longtime customer with the phone I was wanting to sell. I met up with Minh and the customer, and Minh was ever so gracious to check over my iPhone I was selling to make certain it was sufficient for the life long customer. This was truly a Random Act of Kindness, which says so much about Minh, Airlink as a whole! I would definitely recommend this company to friends, family, and co-workers. Thank you Minh for such great customer service.

Do not go here! Worst experience ever. Went in to buy a metro PCS phone. The guy said the phone was 50 dollars but there was a 50 dollar rebate so it would be free. Okay so I agreed to buy it. He then tells me its a $20 activation fee, which the one at the mall DOES NOT charge. but whatever I was already there so I agreed. The guy gave me everything I would need for the rebate - he said I just had to sign up for the $50 plan instead of the $40 plan that I wanted. So I did. Well now Metro PCS just notified me that I dont qualify for the rebate because I had to port my number in. So basically the salesman completely lied to me to make me buy the phone. I should have just went to the mall and bought the phone for the same price with no activation and got the $40 plan. GRRRRRR.

Liv - Mar 21, 2012 These folks are great! I have been very pleased with their services over the last 5-7 years! ...and NEVER mediocre service. They are on top of what they do. They are big on Integrity and getting the task at hand done right. Besides keeping my phones working all these years, I am very pleased with the AIr Voice service plan and the international calling plans. I changed to Air Voice about 6 months ago and cut my cell charges in half and without the myriad of added cell taxes & fees too. I think so much of them that even when I live or travel outside the Portland area, I still use them to be of Service for my needs thru the mails. BRAVO to your team!
