The person working her is rude and unprofessional. I wanted the LG Stylo 2 she told me dont get that phone its out dated. So I went with the acatel idol 4 for 199.99 the battery life is a joke. I dont know if she gets more money for selling the acatel but she has one and said this is the phone to get. I have to charge it at least twice a day Wich is insane. I have passed my 7 day return date by 6 days the phones battery life is horrible the phone with the car charger gets hot. I have insurance and they want to replace it with the same phone which I dont want. She was also hanging out with her friend in there chit chatting and always leaves a sign on the door that says be back in 5 mins. And never comes back for well of 5 mins. I called to ask for the owners information to get this resolved and she refused then hung up on me. Dont go to this store and this woman should be fired for her lack of customer service skills.

We waited for at least 30-45 minutes without even being greeted only to get up to the counter to hear they didnt have the phone we needed. Would Have been nice to have them at least address us and ask us what we were in for.
