I would just like to say how wonderful my experience was there yesterday. We went in 1 hour before closing to check out getting new lines and leaving Metro PCS (thought that would be enough time, oops!) We were immediately greeted by Felicia although she was with another customer, within a minute the manager Seajay came out and helped us. They both ended up staying 1 hour and 40 minutes past closing time so Seajay could finish getting us all set up. The phones we chose were not in stock and if we didnt port our numbers yesterday (last day of bill cycle) then we would lose our numbers or have to pay another Metro bill. Seajay found the phones at an Oregon location and had them send him the phone information to attach them to our account so everything could be completely set up and we would just need to pick up the physical phones today, which he is personally going to go to the Oregon store to pick up. I just got a call from the 800 Verizon number to finish the port and luckily it went through as today we are suspended. This store went above and beyond to meet our needs to customer satisfaction! This will definitely be our go to store for anything we may need. Thank you!!!

From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by friendly staff and instantly felt welcomed. Reed did a great job setting me up with my new phone (which is awesome!) and covered everything I needed to know, including fees and special promos they were running. The whole crew at A Wireless is awesome and overall helped to give a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a new account, upgrade, or just to see whats new.

Ive been with At&t for over 10yrs now and finally decided to switch to Verizon after numerous billing and customer service issues. Walked in the store and met with Reed. He was very knowledgeable with the plans and devices plus trade in of our smart phones.My wife ended up with the iphone 6 and I got the 6plus. My wife and I both felt at ease and left the store very happy. Great job Reed!!

Visited store with two service related issues, I wasnt there to purchase anything. CJ greeted me, took the time to assist me with my issues (even letting me use his personal cellphone), all the while taking care of customers there to purchase. I was very impressed with CJs professionalism and his genuine concern in helping resolve my issues.

What an absolute experience it was. Every single employee took their time, made sure that I was getting all of the discounts, and made my transfer from AT&T to Verizon a stress free, enjoyable, and easy experience. They even stayed an hour and thirty minutes past closing. 10/10!
