This guys are great!!! Got a note 4 unlocked cheaper than any other place in portland metro area in excellent condition. The customer service here is fantastic. In my opinion they went above and beyond what I expected when helping me get my phone set up with a provider , and when one of my features didnt work and I came back in they were right on it and figured it out, something that my own provider couldnt. These guys are very knowledgeable and because of that and their customers service I will continue to shop with them and recommend them to everyone.

Two weeks ago I had Tech Zone at Lloyd Center replace the LCD on My Samsung Galaxy S4 within hours I noticed several problems 1st I kept getting a Green screen 2nd if anything got near the phone thought I was touching it and would start dialing people And the 3rd while using the phone the screen broke. I have determined that even though I was told it was a real replacement LCD from Samsung its actually a cheap poor quality after market version That cost way to much $ 170 ! They refused to replace their cheap imitation part !!

I visited Tech Zone twice during my Christmas shopping, and I recommend supporting this small business on the 3rd floor of the Lloyd Center. The two associates that assisted me were helpful and attentive. The store offers a broad selection of products, and they offered to order a battery that they didnt keep in stock.There was some confusion on my part about the stores policy (despite it being prominently displayed in the store), but an associate was able to work with me to resolve an issue that I had.

Best customer service! I went in after my LG4 died and Verizon couldnt or wouldnt do anything to help me recover the data. The guy at Tech Zone was very professional and even though he agreed there probably wasnt anything he could do to retrieve the data he still tried replacing the battery and having a look for me. I would definitely go back again!

No refunds. I got a phone case. Went to my car and put it on and realized the charge cord tip is not long enough to charge my phone because the case was to thick at the bottom. My stylus also is not able to be retrieved because the case didnt give that option. No in-store credit or refund. Back to sprint to get the cases or online.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Do not stand behind what they sell. If its defective you are out of luck. Horrible customer service!!
