I went into the store and the people didn tseem to know what they were doing. The trainer quoted me 48$ a phone for 2 lines I wanted to open. When I said ok and they started to enter the information. I was informed that he made a mistake and I had to pay 192$ per phone and when I asked them to honor their quote they said they couldnt. So of course I walked out because they dont seem to care about customer service. I had T mobile before and never had any problems like this. I thought they might have been as good as they were back then. But I was sadly mistaken. I regret going to the Wilsonville T Mobile store.

I came in not expecting much as I have dealt with multiple stores and call centre representatives, and each one has been a miserable experience. I will only ever deal with Wilsonville T-Mobile from now on. Ali and Andrea were incredibly helpful and put our priorités first. Nothing was an issue, and they did everything they could do make my transaction as easy as possible. I can not recommend this T-Mobile store enough, and thank Ali and Andrea for all their help. Thank you!!

Went in to get a micro sim for a replacement phone not purchased from T-Mobile. Both Ali and Andrea were very helpful and Ali made sure my new phone worked correctly before i left. (Ali also had to give me a brief lesson on Nougat as my old phone had a very different interface.)
