Over the past 9 years I have used CompRite 3 times (on 3 different devices iPad, iPhone computers). The first time was just a new screen on my lap top. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. About a year 1/2 later my desktop needed a new hard drive, and when I went to pick it up the new hard drive had all the files and photos transferred for me. I love that. Third time was iPhone and about iPad air broken glass screen replacement..they work like new!!! Yesterday I was thrilled to be able to take quite a few older desktops into them for recycling. COMPRITE is my go to place for all computer problems. Im treated well and all questions are answered...which means a lot since I dont have a clue about most things computer.

This COMPRITE place ( West Linn store by Safeway) is by far the best place Ive ever been when it comes to iPad and computer repair. I build computers for myself and my friends, so I have a lot of experience with the hardware and software, so Im pretty good with desktops and such, but Im terrible with laptops and ipads. Anyways, we take this laptop apple down there thats barely running, has viruses and broken hinge, and Ive already given up hope because the firewall was down, Norton wasnt doing anything, and nothing else would install. They give me a 1-2 day wait on it, and call me in 2 days to come pick it up. I get there and its like a brand new computer. Highly recommend these guys for anything youd need.

Came in here because I was in the area and happened to drop my phone a few days before, I got a price quote and called around but what got me in was not only the price but the customer service as well. Most places had higher prices and they werent as friendly. Got my phone fixed within an hour and got a tempered glass at a cheap price! I usually dont write reviews but the young man definitely made me day with this screen fix. I left with nothing but smiles! I recommend this place to everyone whose got any apple products. Cheap price, friendly employees, FREE COFFEE! :-)

CompRite was great! Just moved my daughter to lake Oswego. Her iPad fell off the bed and hit the side of the iPad right where the volume control button is located! Bad luck for us that it happened on Saturday, Looked on line found this place went and got it fixed! ON saturday..h!!! THANKS SO MUCH! Eric had his phone with him at all time. If you need someone to fix your phone, computer, iPad etc. I recommend HIM!!! They matched on line repair price and got it working again! Saved the price of a new iPad!

This place is awesome! Fantastic service from the start, I came in originally to see if they could fix my home button lock screen, not only did they fix it within 30 min. but also gave me a free phone charger AND applied a plastic invisible screen protector! Fast forward 4 months later, I dropped my phone and wasnt sure if it was the screen protector that cracked or my phone, so I brought it in, and luckily it was the screen protector! Thank your for saving me a couple hundred bucks! Im a customer for life

Dishonest and disrespectful experience with this store, would not recommend. We took in our MacBook Pro and were told it could be repaired and if not, he would refund our prepaid $89. They were not able to repair and refused to give a refund. There was never any mention of not a full refund nor did any of the work orders note that. This is not how you run a business, we would not be surprised if its gone in the coming months.

I had to replace the screen of my iPhone 5c. Apple Store quote me $260 for a new screen also I would have to wait about 2.5 hrs. The technician at CompRite would replace for $99 and work on my phone for 1 hr. Replace screen did a software for iOS operating system. Gave a new temper glass screen for because of my trouble. Plus gave me $20 military discount on the labor. The end cost was $79.

The guys over there are absolutely fantastic. They give fair prices on the macs sold as well as fix my iPhone screens I go through. They fix them quicker and most of the time cheaper then Apple. Love working with these guys and they are very honest. Great business and very wel located.
