GO TO ANY VERIZON STORE BUT THIS ONE. The customer service is one of the worst displays I have ever seen in my personal and professional life. We went to the Verizon store for a very simple task moving one line onto a new family line. The sales representative moved the wrong phone number--then did not admit the error, went to the back, did not talk to me for TWENTY MINUTES. The rest of the staff avoided eye contact with me and did not explain what was happening as I calmly sat down waiting for the solution. Finally when the sales rep came out after I had talked to a co-worker about how I didnt appreciate being ignored and pretending I wasnt there, he was SO DEFENSIVE and actually started yelling at me and the person I was with. No apology, no empathy, no explanation of how he was working on the problem. And he did not solve the problem. The store manager did NOTHING, she just looked at us and again avoided eye contact. The stores mistake generally seriously screwed me and my family on our account. We have spent over TEN HOURS trying to resolve the issue that resulted from his mistake. We will NEVER go to this again and i highly, highly recommend you go to any verizon store but this one. I recommend going to an authorized dealer. Seriously, please save yourself time and AVOID THIS STORE. I would like to note the one good thing about this store is a sales rep named Murphy. He was the only one who had any empathy with us for the situation (read: he didnt even avoid eye contact with us like all the rest of the employees including the manager). If you dont heed my advice and do decide to go here, at least work with Murphy.

Knowledgeable, fast, and straightforward. I love it! I searched through various stores and sites where I could make a purchase that same day. When I called this Verizon (Lakewood), I was greeted by a positively assertive and pleasant Danielle. She conveyed a can do attitude which placed me at ease. I asked for a Google phone which she confirmed was in stock. I explained what I needed, my familiarity with the product, and needed it that night. She confirmed what was physically in the store and told me what my options were so I could make an informed decision upon my arrival. When I arrived, she had the phone, screen protector, and selection of protectors/cases lined up. We discussed my needs and my payment options. And she was sooooo direct and brief that I did not feel as if I had to listen to a typical "upsale" speech. She didnt offer me anything I didnt request and we concluded the business in 10 minutes. During the visit, the manager Nikki also thanked me for my business and asked if I was pleased with the service. Daniel applied the screen protector and ensured it was precisely centered before I left. Because I was replacing my iPhone, she made sure I knew how to transfer all of my contacts, photos, and calendar info without any headache. While I didnt interact with any of the other associates, I can only comment on the experience I had with Danielle and Nikki. Id have no second thoughts about returning for future assistance. I left the store with exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Thank you ladies!!

The customer service at this location is lacking at best. We were lied to about the price of a product and not made aware of the mistake until after we had already purchased a phone. In order to move forward, we were promised credit near (but not totaling) the amount of their mistake. We were willing to eat the difference as we have been happy with our Verizon service thus far (customers since 2005). The agent was less then helpful, at which point the manager had to step in. We were promised it would corrected and would reflect on our next bill so went ahead with the purchase of 2 iPads in addition to the upgraded iPhone. The credit showed as applied, then dropped lower in amount, with no explanation. Then again dropped a second time, finally ending up a small portion of the promised amount. When trying to call, we couldnt get through to the manager. Having already spent many hours at the Lakewood location and the Lacey location, we really didnt want to have to go back in store so attempted to call and sort it out. When we called corporate to fix the issue, they first attempted to have us speak with the manager of the location which the issue originated with. We were told he was unavailable, after having already been on hold for 45 minutes and in the end, corporate had to step in to resolve the issue. This location has very poor customer service, makes mistakes and is rude about it instead of fixing it, has you wait for hours while they attempt to resolve their mistakes and then lies about the amount of products.

I just wanted to say I was very frustrated by their lack of enthusiasm to earn my business. I went there with every intention of buying a new phone, as my old phone crapped out and was out of warranty. My wife and I arrived, parked right out front, and I suppose the time was about 6:57 as I pulled in, as my wife and I wondered while we drove there what time they closed. That question was about to be answered... Well we both got out of the car, I unloaded my 2 year old daughter, and we all started up towards the door as I watched through the door (as it was a glass door) while an employee quickly walked up to the door, locked it, and then quickly walked away without a word. He never looked back, just walked to the back of the store where I presume he and the other employee hid for a while until we left. I gave them the look like wtf...and my wife and I drove away frustrated. I understand they close at a certain time. I get that. What I dont understand is how they have the gall to just walk right up not 4 feet away and without any explanation, no apology for the timing, no nothing, just look me dead in the eye while they lock the door on us. They could have at least said something or let me know the hours or something. I felt maybe if I had held up all my cash and yelled that I wanted to purchase a phone maybe that would have changed, but I guess Ill never know. It was a very frustrating experience and my wife and I were stunned at the nerve they had. Thats all I have to say about that.

A month ago I ordered two phones for upgrades charged $92, got one phone, talked with reps said because I wanted it in pink that it would take longer, waited called three days ago, spent three hours on phone with Verizon and Motorola just to get the phone cancelled. Called next day said the original contract for the first one would not allow another order so we would have to wait for it to come off the account, called another day, phone ordered just needed to agree to new terms, check email click and low and behold it wants another $60 for the phone. Call again, was told that they would have never charged me for a phone that I did not get that there has to be a refund in my account, not, told them I was not paying another dime for the same phone, was told that I would not get my phone. Asked several times to speak with a manager, was placed on hold again, I finally hung up, tech support called back, wanted to know if I still wanted to talk with a manager. Told her no and she could take her phone and shove it. I have been with Verizon for over 8 years, I am going to find a different carrier and cancel all my phones and tablets.
