I actually visited twice. My initial visit was good but my second trip was two big thumbs down. Day one I was just kind of browsing but Sprint had some good deals so I let them run my credit to see what I qualified for. I was approved for 3 lines and 0 down on the phone I was really interested in which was an iphone 6s plus. The activation fee is $30 (no way around it I tried every trick in the book) but I paid it anyways and I left phone in hand. The next day I decided to go back and see if I could get the same phone and pricing option as I thought it would make a great gift for my moms upcoming b-day. I walked in and the same rep that helped me the day before was behind the counter just finishing up with a customer so I waited till he was finished. After the other customer left, I explained to him that if I could get the same deal on the phone from the day prior, I would be interested in adding it to my plan...This was the point at which (Im assuming shes a manger of sorts) the lady standing next to the rep wanted all this info on what I bought, my previous carrier, if I imported my old numbers etc etc.. I gave her the information despite being slightly annoyed over the Spanish Inquisition and she kept remarking how it was strange that I received that deal without directly switching lines from my other carrier. I explained I would do that later but the purpose of the visit was simply to check if I could get the same deal from the day before. I asked if they could check if they had the phone in stock before proceeding with the interrogation and they both disappeared into the stockroom. 5 minutes later the rep comes back out with the phone and gives me an obviously rehearsed spiel from whatever conversation was had in the stockroom. I was basically told that in order to get the same pricing, phone etc that I would have to switch my moms carrier to theirs and they would need all her information to proceed (otherwise Id have to fork out a hefty deposit). First off...who knows their parents wireless carrier password info etc? I barely remembered my moms actual phone # let alone all the additional. Frustrated I said Id look into it and simply left. On the bench out front was the manager chain smoking and eyeballing me as I turned to go...of course. Ok, long story short...I walked about 6 blocks away to the actual Sprint store on 6th. Not only did I get the exact same deal as the day before without having to switch anything but Chandler provided awesome service as well. My advice, skip Radio Shack and go to the actual Sprint store instead. I get the push to switch carriers and Im a GM of a company myself so I understand quotas but there is a big difference between suggestive selling and flat out deceiving the customer.

Huge fan of the Sprint guys here! Brad made the process of getting a new phone easy. I had shattered my iphone 6 over the weekend and went it to understand my options to replace my damaged one and upgrade to the 7. In the past Ive had horrible service with AT&T and todays trip solidifies my decision on why I switched to Sprint. I would recommend this location and Brad!
