I havent shopped at this store in ages. But Justin, the store manager and the staff working at the time I was there, were incredibly helpful and nice. I had a credit card stolen and used in their store. With their help and accurate description I was able to track down the snotty little girl that stole my bag and retrieved my belongings. Thank you Hollister Lloyd center staff!!
