I like going here because its "generally" quick and easy. If Im in a rush, parking is easy to get, I can run in, grab what I need without a mob, and pay pretty quickly. Now with that being said, thats what I notice as a general standard here, however depending on what time you go it may be different. I also like the deli/ hot serve food and this is usually were a line comes into place, however its worth it in my opinion. Starbucks is also located inside, my suggestion, go to the Starbucks by the gas station, never have gotten a good coffee at Safeway.

I am so happy Safeway is back...over the last few years the place was closed, replaced by a Haggens (sp?), closed again, the Safeway returned!!! Yeah! I always feel safe earing the food at Safeway. I went for Chinese food the other day, Shanghai meal for me and my friend. My only complaint that I can think of was that we didnt get any fortune cookies. Thats okay though, I had some in my car, a few in each door is how I roll. So my friend did indeed get his fortune cookie.

Because them need phone number.We get two phone number,them just say it doesnt work.But it can work,and them say say much.we say we dont want buy,but them write on the pepper.we want go to another one store buy.them cross what them write,but them dont make should another we can buy.and take we so much time,I will dont go back to the store!

This Safeway has shut down a few years ago and replaced with Haggens. Haggens was closed down and Safeway came back to its original location. Not the best place for reasonable prices and fresh produce. Parking is also terrible here if you have ADA needs as ramp is pitched at a angle forwards Bethel Road.

Yay! Port Orchard Safeway is back open!! There are some familiar faces and lots of new ones, but the customer service is wonderful! The store is laid out a little differently than before, but the changes were better! Thank you & please dont take it away ever again.

Safeway! Albertsons! Its all the same! Its a Monopoly! They throw up sale signs to try to make you think that youre getting a a great deal but it should be the everyday price. Charge me $4.29 for a bag of potato chips and I wont be back.

Not bad. In-stock is good, front end coverage is a bit low but they do a modest job covering. Their savings program requires a smart phone and internet, but the internet doesnt work in the store and the savings program is buggy.

Grew up only ever shopping at this safeway because it had the best products and produce. Since it was reopened after turning to a haggens (sp) and back to safeway, Ive noticed the produce has heavily declined. Very disappointing.

I only stop here when I Absolutely have to. They are always super busy and only have like 2-3 check out lines open. So you end up spending way more time in line trying to check out, then you do actually shopping....

Its just never been the same since HAGens took over even though they had to return the store to Safeway, theres just not the morale that used to be there. I do most of my shopping else where at a store Havens didnt wreck.

I dont always shop at Safeway, but I always feel "home" when I do. The Safeway in Port Orchard sets the standard for grocery stores, I feel, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Decent Safeway. Always takes a long time to get help at liquor cabinet. No one is knowledgeable about wine/liquor. Specialty cheese selection smaller than other stores.
