Fleet Feet was a revelation to me! Superior friendly caring personalized customer service that is beyond rare. After a car accident that aggravated an old back injury my PT recommended stable walking shoes and inserts. I went to my local small footwear specialist but the fit and walking balance never seemed right which caused prolonged pain and additional issues. I am so grateful I found Fleet Feet and can confidently recommend their Lake Oswego store and staff.

He listened to all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed, despite taking care of multiple other customers at the same time. Coop was friendly and spent a lot of time analyzing my problem. I particularly appreciated how he paid attention and treated my foot problem seriously even though I am not a runner. Some athletic shoe stores make ordinary people who just want to go for long walks feel as if they should shop someplace else. Coop didnt. And my new shoes are really helping. Thank you so much.
