Three and a half stars. They did do a lot of extras (stayed open late, worked hard to get us financing for an additional phone and line when the offer was technically not available and corporate said "no", calling the off duty manager for advice) so why not 5 stars? Because they were so slow, multiple times fussing with other customers in no discernable order, giving unrealistic expectations about how long things would take and not having the phones I wanted in stock. In fact offering a free phone deal (BOGO) that was stupidly complex and turned out to be not available and which the salesperson couldnt even understand. Or was he lying in order to get a commission on the more expensive phones and dragging his heels for overtime pay (which he admitted to needing and looking forward to --but then which of us doesnt?) I MISS MY OLD GALAXY NOTEBOOK. Take the exclusive sprint only Bolt --so fast. SO NOT. And no matter how much money you give them there is always a hidden charge (and another that pops up on the bill later). In fact we kept having to run the credit card "again" so many times that night, they flagged it for potential fraud and froze us out of the account until we called. So enough good for a 5 star review and enough bad for a 1 star review. I split the difference and gave it a lukewarm three. Terrific minus terrible equals "Meh."

The people who work here are rude and will lie to your face just to get you to sign up. I was told I would get a free tablet for upgrading and, once I paid for the upgrade, I was told I didnt qualify for the tablet. They also talked me into Sprint s ridiculously named "Framily" plan not telling me only new Sprint customers were eligible to join my plan. Aside from that, Sprint is without a doubt the worst cellphone service I have ever had. Save yourself the headache and get a Wal-Mart phone. Even those are better than Sprint.

Best phone buying experience ever and I switched phone companies in the process. I work next door and was able to just leave my old phone and let them do all the work and just come back when it was all done and sign and leave. Originally came in just to see what the prices were and ended up getting hooked up to switch and got new I phone and I pad in the process. Everyone was so friendly and Julian made sure to even ran back to my work to ask any questions in the signing up part I needed.

Worst sprint ever. Been here twice and both times they have screwed up. Will never go back. Went in three weeks ago to upgrade 4 phones. My son wanted the 7 plus which they didnt have in stock so they said they would order it and it would be 2-3 weeks. Three weeks now and I call sprint. Not the store but *2. They tell me they see we paid the remaing balance on the old phone and the contract was renewed but that an order was never placed. Wtf! Seriously.

Worst sprint store ever! They sold a new phone and plan to someone whos not an authorized user on my account. Told me they were sorry and gave me a bunch of numbers to call so I can fix their screw up. I actually heard one salesperson who was helping another customer say " if there are any problems with your phone youll need to take it to A REAL sprint store " Im not sure what they are but hes right, theyre not a real sprint store.

Had an amazing experience getting helped by Joshua Keene at the Oregon city sprint store. He made sure that my transition from my old note 3 to the note 5 was seamless. He was able to answer all my questions and even suggested a better cell phone plan that provided better benefits than the plan is had and saved me a couple of bucks in the process. I highly recommend him and this store. Tony

I was so happy with the ease and friendliness i experienced at the oregon city sprint store. Kelly was so helpful as was her other Co workers. They helped me with all my questions and made sure i understood everything. I drove 40 minutes just to get my phone at this location because of all the great reviews i heard. Thank you for all your help OC Sprint :)

kaliese was awesome! Thank you for the outstanding continuing service for our family plan. Adding lines today was so easy and came in UNDER what I expected. As always, great customer service by everyone, I will for sure recomend Sprint and especially this location to everyone I know looking for new service or wanting to upgrade to better service.

Kaliese was super helpful, told her what we were looking for and she got us all set up with new iPhones! No nonsense involved, we waited less than 10 min to be helped once we entered the store. this was my best sprint experience in years. I will deff come back to her and this location when we have problems or need upgrades.

Had to wait OVER AN HOUR (while the associate made small talk to other customers), just to be told they couldnt help me replace a bad SIM card because theyre "just a preferred retailer, not an authorized dealer". Experience took me this close to considering dropping Sprint. Horrible.

Great service!!! I came in with my iPhone that I had just broke, they Offered GREAT deals and were directly on top of it, Walked out with a new IPhone AND got store credit from my broken one, new cases and a new phone with a screen protector!:) super happy!! Every time I go here.
