JEFF IS THE GREATEST!! My 8 month old LG overheated and wouldnt boot up. The carrier replaced it under warranty, but I had one file that didnt get backed up, and losing it was going to be a major pain. Thanks to Jeff, I got my file back. He was quick, thorough, and went the extra mile to solve my problem at a very reasonable price--which he quoted me ahead of time, and stuck to,---even though there was a complication that made recovery more time-consuming. He deserves your business.

My phone had a broken power button, I took my phone in and got it back the same day. Super quick, friendly and reasonably priced. Its working perfectly now. Ill definitely be going back if I have any other devices give me fits. BTW, Im a different Dustin than the other reviewer. :)
