Ryan is an absolute rockstar!!! I walked into the Tmobile store at opening time. Ryan says "good morning how are you?" So I tell him, "Im furious! Im beyond furious, if there was a word more intense to more aptly describe how I am feeling I would use it! I am absolutely seeing red, stark raving ... furious." He smiled (not too much) and says "what can I do to HELP you? I dont want you to be furious" wow! I explained my situation and he got to helping me promptly. He called other stores, spoke with his manager, and got me out problem solved within 30 mins. Did I mention he was helping 3 other people at the time ? I also witnessed him standing up for a customer he felt was not being taken care of appropriately by the customer care hotline. What a gem, he deserves a raise!

After trading up our old iPhone we were instructed to ship them to a T-Mobile refurb facility using their non insurable shipping label. If the phoned were stolen or broken in transit it would be up to us to pay for the loss. Seriously?! In the end the phones arrived and were processed safely but it was a worrisome week. No one at the store seemed to know what was should happen in that situation :/

Too much time spent waiting for an associate. Too much chitchat with customers. Need a clerk for quick transactions such as returning an item. One of them, Phong, told me he couldnt sign in to a computer. Whats he doing working in store. Bunch of buffalo bagels! Could purchase a car faster than dealing with this store!

As always greetings upon entering, when busy they will approach you and let you know how long the wait may be, very professional and attentive staff, quick to answer questions, knowledgeable, courteous, great selection of mobile devices in stock, prices are reasonable in store, accessories a bit over priced.

A bit snootier than most T-Mobile stores. Staff had trouble adapting to account anomalies or out of the ordinary requests. More interested in the up sell than a well sell.
