I needed to buy a new cellphone today. The employees did not inform anything about cell phones. One told me "These are the reasonable ones" and they were all black smart phones to me. I chose one and while setting a sim card, the guy helped me was frequently checking a cell phone. It looked like he was researching or checking instructions to set up my phone, but no! He was doing personal messages while he was serving me, in front of me, even left my cell phone for a moment. Before visiting this store, I went to AT&T to check my phone, and the girl who served me really helped me. No wonder, At&t bought Cricket.
