Dropped into this store to pick up some name-brand rechargeable batteries and was told by the guy working there that some brand I had never heard of actually contained more energy than the name-brand ones I was looking for, and that I should buy those instead. So I did. Come to find out a couple of months later that not only were the batteries this store sold to me not rechargeable, but they were of a quality you might find at The Dollar Store ! When I returned to the store to relate what had happened, I was told by the guy working there that they had never carried the type of battery I purchased, and that the guy who sold it to me must not have been an employee, but rather some crazy person who was just wandering around the store !! If that sounds like a reasonable explanation to you, then by all means shop at this store. If not, take your business somewhere else !

They are always so darn uppity, as in they act like its not a battery store. The prices are notably higher than other stores. Really I just wish they wouldnt treat people with money like crap. I have been buying for a while from them as they are close and every time I go in I kick myself for supporting such a crappy store. Here is an idea treat customers like they are coming in to buy stuff and leave your attitude at home. I think I am done as of today. 25 to 80 dollars more for a laptop battery (higher than every other place) and when confronted with how high they are the fellow would not say a word then placed a stupid look on his face rather than try to SELL the product. Stay away from these guys. go to Fred Meyer, Walmart or Costco they are all the same or cheaper and have much better staff.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a new car battery with an online order to take advantage of a 10% off promotional discount. Product was available immediately at the store (I ordered it from my cell phone in the parking lot). Battery was promptly, properly, and professionally installed in just a matter of a few minutes free of charge and I was back on the road. I would recommend Batteries Plus over Wal-Mart or any other big box store to anyone who has an automotive battery need.

I was looking for a battery for my digital camera I was given by my friend. They charge $29.99 when i could find it under $20 at fred myers which is across the street and fred myers has additional discounts because I can use coupons. I hate walmart but even they had it for cheaper. Everything is over priced even the regular AA batteries. I would suggest going else were especially if you dont want to feel like your being judged or looked at like a criminal.

Had 2 coupons on my phone; 1 for battery replacement for 50% off, which is what I was having done. The other was 10% off repair. Was told "any time back is removed, its called replacement" well, the battery cant be replaced lest back is removed! Then, discovered (clear case) my phone was filthy. Afraid of conditions battery & under back now. I will not be back there.

Needed a specific rechargeable battery pack and thought Id give them a try. This will be my first stop for any and all of my battery needs. I was in and out in under 10 mins with the correct battery, that was already partially charged and came with a warranty. All for a price in my expected range, delivered with excellent service.

I ordered a strange battery online thinking it would take a few weeks for it to arrive at the store. I got a call from them about 30 minutes after placing the order saying their other store in Vancouver had what I needed and it would be in later that day. AWESOME SERVICE! Yesterday, I went into the store to buy batteries and as the merchant was ringing the product up I remembered I had a coupon in my car. When I told the merchant I was going to run out and grab it, he said, no; he had already rung it up and was unwilling to use the coupon at that time. Oh well, not the best customer service!

I love going here because of the service, I am so tired of hunting around a huge store to try and find something they don’t have. Batteries Plus always has what i need and at a pretty good price. The guys are also very knowledgeable and have the answers to all my silly questions.

I have been using this place for years. They will come out and put the battery in your car and theyre very knowledgeable about which one should work. They have things for laptops and a variety of other batteries including ATVs. Very convenient for me.

I spent 60 bucks here and was thinking of getting a battery for my car but the guy helping me was sarcastic and rude. whenever he got a chance to make me feel stupid he took it, while still trying to sell me expensive crap I didnt want.

I went in looking for a Duracell battery and salesman switched me to a cheaper Vinnic Brand which he pulled from a multi-pack and charged me an outlandish price for. I was in a hurry and not really thinking, but I wont return!

I find it always a little daunting trying to find exactly the right batteries, but not here. they have the greatest selection and know so much about all types of batteries! I dont go anywhere else!

Only ever step in here once or twice a year and usually have whatever I need but easier and cheaper to use Amazon. Feels like radio shack and wonder how they stay open with a lack of business.

Very helpful if you catch them open. Three out of four visits found them closed, while posted hours indicated that they should have been open
