Not happy. Bought a phone. Left box with my sales person. Never told me i needed it to return it. 3 days later phone has no speaker. Without a box im screwed. A box is keeping me from getting what i paid for. I refuse to send it in. Just to get a used one sent back. 7 days they have to exchange the phone. Then its on me. 3 days and im with a broke phone. All because a box. A box that is not covered on my insurance. No managers on duty to help me. Sad. I like cricket. But i will go pay more a month. If that means i get what i pay for. Not a happy person. I am out good money and now have two phones that are broke. Thanks cricket
