Great NW

First guy (who i think was the owner) was great! But When I went to return the phone because it was having issues a different person helped me and was pretty rude! He acted like I was lying to him because the phone wasnt acting up right at that moment. He didnt say "hey you know what lets try a few troubleshooting steps to see if it is something that can be fixed." He just poked the phone a few times, offered to switch it out for the same exact phone (except this one looked like it had been dropped a few times, just kinda dinged up) and as soon as I said that I would rather just return it and use one of my old phones he started looking at something on his phone for the next few minutes and then told me "your money should be in your account in the next few days. Have a good day" Which its not a big deal, I got a refund, but customer service is a HUGE deal breaker for me! I am also a small business owner and would be very embarrassed if one of my employees treated a customer like this. So would I use them again... ya probably because everything in life deserves a second chance

So after calling several stores and visiting one, and being treated rudely, I decided to call Simple Phone Solutions. The gentleman who answered seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly and helpful. I went to the store and was treated very well. No BS. Told by 1 store my phone was one kind, shown by Viorel that my phone was in fact a different phone. He was then what I perceived to be very honest and tell me my phone was not worth fixing and showed me other phones comparable to mine and did NOT suggest the most expensive one but instead gave me comparisons on the phones. I walked out a VERY satisfied customer with a great priced used phone. Thank you so much for the seller customer service! I will yell your company name all over town and if and I need another phone, you will be my one and only stop! Viorel, thank you for being so helpful and kind.

Wow,.... Terrible service... Phones are trash...the phone I wanted I saw on offer up came in and they said it just got sold?.. hmm so I looked online and found another ad with a phone and that one also just got sold... Im starting to think that those ads were lies just to try to get you in and to scheme you into buying a more expensive phone. Something is fishy. Besides that the place doesnt even have a good selection of phones and not alot off phones either. Oh and the workers treat you like youre stupid by the way. Thats no way to treat anyone. I should have checked these reviews before I came in. Dont waist your time with this place unless you like being treated like an idiot and like cheap refurbished phones.

Wow, you are pathetic. First off Arthur Uvarov is my son and I was with him that day and second he didnt steal anything. All your phones are locked up!!! Just cause he wrote a bad review you turn around and try to make him sound like the bad guy?!?!? Plus your employee was on the phone talking about partys! And totally rude! Not business related! Sorry that you hate bad reviews and make things up, please go ahead a file a police report I will gladly take you to court for your lies. Please I dare you! These guys are rockstars! Went in to buy an iPhone 5, it had some defect so I went back. They noticed me from before and stepped to the side of the counter and solved my problem despite the line. If you wont buy from them you are going to lose. Their prices beat everybody. Screen protectors, Cases, Phones, Wait a minute.. They gave me a Free Case! Screen protectors are half the price. I was shopping around and all other stores are higher priced than these guys. I cant say enough, if you dont shop here, You will LOSE. So, dont be a loser.

The owner is a smart mouth kid who tries his very best to NOT honor his return policies. I purchased a phone from him which did not work because it was still active on someone elses account. He got an attitude and tried to insult me and the phone i chose and in the end wouldnt take the cover he sold me back claiming it wasnt one of his and charged a 20%"restocking fee" Do yourself a favor and dont purxhase a phone from this guy, he hasnt got the first clue about customer service and his warranty is worthless.

Dont waste your time here. I orginally found an iPhone on craigslist, which they told me they had in stock and I went to the store 2 hours later and the person I contacted wasnt there and didnt have the phone. I then decided to get my phone screen fixed, which went horribly wrong. My phone now malfuctions and the screen is VERY senstive. They screwed me over and when I went back to get it fixed, it didnt work, and they said they couldnt fix it. Im now with a broken iPhone. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Great Selection, very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a Sony Z5 Premium imported from Japan, the phone stopped working after 30 days, Sony said they dont have a repair center for that phone yet. The store owner fixed my phone the next day at a very reasonable price. Impressive feat considering Sony couldnt do it ( i spent 2 weeks talking to technical support and warranty dept.) Sony charges 40% more to diagnose my phone then Simple Solutions charged to fix it. Thanks Guys!

Recently went in to buy a phone and ended up picking one that had a small problem I noticed after the fact. Called the shop a few days later and they immediately offered to replace it with another from their stock. I worked with Brian who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He moved my data over to the new phone easily. The whole exchange process was seamless. I would recommend this shop to anybody around for great customer service. Their hours are pretty good too.

Eddie sold me a Samsung S7 Edge originally from AT&T. He paid to unlock itso compatible for T-Mobile, but will not work on WiFi Calling at my house. Which I cannot do without, since I have terrible service and work from home. I called him and explained, his response was that he will swap it out as soon as a T-Mobile S7 Edge comes in. Eddie has great customer service! Will never go anywhere else.

Well, the young girl that works there wouldnt pay any attention to me she was on her phone the whole time, she was rude when I asked her questions about a phone. I was gonna buy a phone there but got no help. I cant put a rating below negative otherwise I would. *Update* so it seems like you wont take down that false statement about me. A bunch of slander. Be prepared for some legal issues.

These guys are great!!! If you are in the market for a phone this is the place to go. Lowest prices best selection and great customer service. There young and ambitious! They care about there customers a lot! And they get the job done! Bought over 30 phones from them not a single problem with any of them thanks a lot guys keep up the good work!!!!
