Terrible Customer Service! Very rude Asian guy is working there who doesnt even know the basic things about the sim cards he is selling. He didnt know that $19 ULTRA plan has 100MB data and was insisting that it doesnt have data at all and forcing my mom to pay extra for data !! and of course my mum already knew that he was wrong because my dad has the same plan. So they had an argument and he was very rude to my mum and refused to even help her to use the sim card. I called him this afternoon and explained that the $19 Ultra plan HAS 100MB data. He didnt know that!!! but then he said : " AAAH I didnt know! but its not much anyway!!!" Hes a joke ! How does he know its not enough for my mum? Its actually more than enough for my mum. I told him he should learn about the plans he is selling and he should care more about customer needs and you know what did he do? he shouted at me and hung up on me !!! If you respect yourself, pick another shop !

I suggest not to buy any smartphones from this place specifically because they dont know how to run a proper good business. Example me purchasing an I phone 6 for 300$ and working just fine with at&t service untill 3 weeks later the at&t service informed me that the current phone I was using was reported stolen and that I needed to return it to receive a new phone so that I could continue my 60$ month plan with them, because of bad business I had to deal with he would be switch out the smart phone instead he advised me to pay more for an I phone 6s either way I applied to have a full refund and better off just buying a brand new phone than a cheap "new phone"

Went in for a loose display cable, was told the screen had to be replaced ($200). i explained it was just the display cable and that the screen was fine, and the guy told me it was the screen, that he couldnt help me, and asked me to leave. went elsewhere and got it fixed for $20.

This place is awesome! Theyre cheaper than other stores and the guy who owns it is really cool. I got my S4 screen replaced so he gave me a phone case half off and a free screen cover. this place is effing awesome!
