First things first, this store is a corporate store MEANING you are empowered with abilities authorized stores are not. I actually have a normal rep I use name Tammy Ascher who is absolutely amazing and goes over and beyond, however my partner and I could only make it on this particular day. We were greeted great then was handed off to a sales consultant name LEO. This person was only interested in selling devices lets hope because his customer service skills were absolutely unacceptable at best. Leo explained we could do everything from our own phones. I explained there were some complications and that we would like someone @ AT&T to help. Leo grabbed my personal phone dialed 611 on the loudest volume of speaker phone available and let us sit there for 4 mins. Then when the agent answered he pushed the phone over to my partner and sat there never once accessing my account or asking any security questions. I was also in the store to see why my promotional items from a recent purchase had not arrived yet. His answer was we dont do Promotions call the manufacture yourself here is the number, which later I called and found to the number to not even belong to Samsung company at all. Last but not least there was a simple matter of a $30.00 credit for a billing mistake AT&T made and apologized for. His answer without looking into my account was I am out of credits today come back and see the person who sold you the phone originally. My entire family is on my account and my monthly bill is probably half of some peoples mortgages so lets just say I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!! It looks like several others have had this problem as well so I guess it is time to complain to headquarters and file multiple complaints as well as reviews so that this store will become compliant with the standards of AT&T... Save your self time , money, and a lot of anxiety by not shopping this location at all. Please contact headquarters if you have had any negative experiences and create a complaint so that change can occur.

I recently got a tablet with my new note 4 purchase ( it was on special for $0 but a $10 a month data plan ) . The tablet didnt work which is no ones fault. They said they would exchange it when they had some in (which took a week ). I got the new one and it worked fine however they did not take the old one off and I was charged for the old one and a new one and new activation fees etc though I already paid once and returned the defective one within 2 weeks of purchase (it didnt work at any point in the 2 weeks). Now the new one works fine but my bill still reflects for 2 tablets and fees etc. I have been in the store literally 1 TIME A WEEK FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS to get it taken off but either the person helping or manager or whoever says its been taken care of and can take up to 2 days to reflect on my bill. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND ITS STILL NOT TAKEN CARE OF. My payment will be late since Im not paying the extra $70 bucks in unnecessary charges. Its straight up b.s and terrible customer service. After years of using the company and them being great this really it terrible. If anything go to a different store because they clearly cannot figure it out. I suppose Ill wait another few days (because it takes that long to show apparently). My bill is due today so that should be interesting. Thanks a lot for helping us out guys

dropped in twice...first time I forgot my ID and couldnt get into my account (which is lame, but at least I know these guys care about my identity!) ...anyway a really nice associate helped me immediately with my charging jack on an iPhone 6 and now its back to nermal... ...2nd time (after I found my ID in my kids Barbie wallet at home) I got excellent and waaaay competent help from Donnie. The guy knows his business. He gave me some good advice on various products and then upgraded some Apple equipment without breaking the bank. Walked out with absolutely no Buyers remorse! Thanks Donnie!

Loved it here! Everyone seems so very friendly and helpful, I was on Verizon before but could not stand being in their store, when I came here they greeted me the moment I walked in and they took the time to help me pick the right phone and I couldnt be happier! (Love my LG G2 you guys btw) Oh and they even took the time to help me a week later when I messed up my settings to get it working again. This store is wayyy recommended by me!! Cant wait for my next upgrade

They just ruined my day! Got there in the morning to get a new phone, paid my old phone off but for some reason their system showed that its not paid off she said shes going to check every hour and call me when it changes and shes going to put my name on the phone so its not going anywhere I got no call so I went back to the store system updated everything looked good but they fold the phone and it out of stock and no phones in 50 nearest stores

Horrible experience at the Mill Plain AT&T location. The employees are not helpful and will talk to to you in a demeaning manner. Be sure not to interact with the employee "Chris." Hes an incompetent fool who doesnt know his way around customer service and is completely rude with customers, I have seen him disrespect my friends & family as well as loyal AT&T customers. This AT&T store is a joke and should be avoided at all costs.

Called the store @ the time they opened to inquire about the iPhone 8 plus. I was informed that they had every color available, which they didnt. And never did. I came 45 miles out of my way to get this phone. Ensure your management is properly coaching on inventory of your store to ensure the correct information is given out. This is a poor representation of bad management and no team communication.

Not very helpful. I want to the store to get a new SIM card for a phone I purchased. Took almost ten minutes for someone to ask me if I needed help. They werent even busy, one or two other customers and employees standing around talking to each other. Then they couldnt fulfill my simple request.

I went in and asked a question regarding iPhones and the manager immediately held her head and constantly seemed stressed. They didnt help and they were snooty. I dont suggest to go to this ghetto radio shack.

This is really a stupid store. If you are not att user you cant buy things. They try to move you account to Att. Really stupid. I finally know why many people dont like Att.

I bought my first cell phone at this location when I moved to Vancouver. The sales person was very helpful.
