I thought my experience was fine but it turned out that the employee I worked with did not sign me up for what I requested. My family has been with Sprint for years and I was eligible for an upgrade. I went to the store, explained that I wanted to upgrade my phone and that I wanted to stay on our current family plan. I repeated this multiple times throughout the transaction and was under the impression that this was the contract I was signing. A few weeks later, we got the bill and I was on a completely new, separate plan and was being charged extra for this. I called Sprint to have them put me back on my parents family plan but as a result of the initial plan set-up done by the store, I am now paying the full retail value in installments for the next two years rather than paying the discounted price I should have been given for the upgrade. This is almost $300 extra. The customer service at Sprint was not able to do anything about this and has ultimately been unhelpful in remedying this situation.

Ever get the feeling you were being cheated? This place had me feeling like that. Im a long time Sprint customer and often go to different Sprint store locations. Every time I went to this one I literally felt disrespected. The last time I came here was for an upgrade. I didnt want any extras like free speakers that come with the phone or the case that supposed to be comp. Like I said, Ive been with Sprint for a very long time and no the deal with the hidden charges that come with the added extras down the line. I just wanted my phone upgrade but after about 45 minutes of arguing with the store manager about not wanting any extras, I had to leave with no upgrade. He basically told me that I couldnt have an upgrade without taking the extras. I ended up calling customer service and going to the store on Van Ness Avenue where I should have gone from the beginning because they know how to treat a customer. Save yourself the aggravation and dont stop at this store on market Street.

In a word: horrendous. I showed up at 10am when their hours are 9am-8pm on weekdays. The staff inside look out at me incredulously for half minute until they realize they never unlocked the front door. This was a bad omen of my experience to come. Trying to use my free upgrade, I was constantly interrupted, told confusing and contradictory information about having to change my plan to put a "wireless landline" into my house. The person I was dealing with could not understand my questions unless I repeated them in simpler language. I left without a phone and a ear full of attitude. Im not one of those people who wants to "automate everything" and I usually like going into Sprint stores to deal with the staff, but this was an order of magnitude more frustrating and useless than any experience Ive had before. Do not come to this store. Deal with Sprint online or go to a different Sprint store. The incompetence was suffocating.

Worst Sprint store I have been to! They signed me up for a plan I did not want, and did not notice until I got my first bill. When I went back to the store to get it fixed, they said they could not do anything because it was after 30 days. The store manager offered me a credit to my account, and they he never processed it. The credit never came! Months later, I am on the phone with them now (still on hold, as I write this) to see if they have the new iPhone. Been on hold for over 14 mins, as they check the back room... how big is that back room?!?? Walk the extra few blocks and head to the other store. Worst customer service, with sketchy salespeople!!! The experience here, is making me price out Verizon for my new phone.

Every time Ive been here, it has been at least a 20 minute wait. The last time I was there, there were 3 employees, 2 customers (me & 1 other person who was being helped), and still a 20 minute wait. Employees have no shame and will try and sell you tons of gadgets and extras. Which is fine, except when they did it to me, they said I had a "$200 credit". So i got a bluetooth speaker, workout armband, and a case. GUESS WHAT??? It wasnt a credit at all. All 3 of those things showed up on my bill.... I paid them off and still use them to this day, but getting scammed by an actual in-store employee was amazing to me. SO... be careful about what you get at that store.

It is fraud. Dont go and contract Sprint here. I asked them I need prepaid phone because the payment is more clear. However, they recommend me contract phone and promised me $50 a month, now I paid $80 a month. I have been there 3 times and asked why they charged $80. They said something wrong so that I would get have discount but never. You can not cancel it because cancellation policy. You have to pay a lot to cancel within 2 years which is contract period. When I contract, I asked the staff the reason why the review of the shop is really bad. The guy said the reviewers misunderstood or those are their fault. I hope they close this fraud shop.

The guys at this store really helped me out. My phone died when I landed in SF from out of town and when I got there they did everything to make it right. I walked out with a new phone and case in under an hour. On top of that I found I didnt like the case they sold me so I went back a week later and exchanged it for one liked more without any issue. They even put the case and screen protector on at the store. Great service.

I had a great experience there! I had to bring my malfunctioning phone in (i lost the original phone i bought and my stupid insurance would only grant me a reconditioned one, which i had to keep getting repaired). the staff were actually great, especially the lady who was a dog nut like myself. She kept my little chihuahua happy and cuddled while i conducted my business. Everyone was super friendly.

Horrible customer service... save yourself some time and go to another Sprint store. The emplooyes from this store arent there to help. They just create more trouble for you... I consider myself a very patient person, but I agree with the people from the comments. Some employees from there look like scammers. Besides, the signal of the phone line is also bad.

Excellent customer service. Bought a new phone online, came in to pick it up, and it wouldnt activate. Manager (Tru?) tried a thousand things, then canceled the online order, refunded the charge, then put the phone through an in-store sell. Bam. 2 minutes Im out the door. They spent 45 minutes trying to fix it. I really appreciate the dedication.

Great customer service! The service representative spent the time to answer all the questions I had and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with their service before I left the store. Friendly staff in general and very present environment. Thank you for all you do!
