Awful experience. Rude woman refused to accept a prepaid package, even though the door was unlocked and according to the hours posted online it was open for another 3 hours. She wouldnt tell me where I could find another ups store. Who has the energy to be so mean to strangers?

The staff here are incompetent and unprofessional. They really enjoy chit-chatting amongst themselves and taking their sweet time when you ask them to do something. Zero sense of urgency and the notion of service is nonexistent.

Used to be OK but now they dont answer their phone so cant determine when definitely open or if notary is there. Found Nob Hill Notary nearby which does answer even on mobile.
