Worst service iv had in awhile. Was in to get another phone due to mine being cracked. After spending hours on trying to be sold unlimited data. I was able to get the phone that i wanted. At the very end they brought up a deal with a free smart watch. They DID NOT list any activation fees and even noted that it was the 300$(S3) watch but was actually the 200$ watch(S2). Later found out that my bill was 50 $ and some change more due to these activation fees, FOR A FREE WATCH.... Also had to pay the 10$ service charge which I was ok with. Tried to talk to the manager Susan who was very friendly when I came in to get a new phone but wasnt as friendly when I called about the activation fee.... Nothing got resolved stated that I had to call atat and they had nothing to do with credits or helping with the bill since there just an authorized dealer. Moral of the story dont go here unless you want to be sold something that your not getting and find that your bill a month is way more then what was discussed. Thanks for your time and GL.

the employees are nice as they can be, the system is a little screwed up tho. I was offered a tablet for 99 cents and not told until I got there that it would be yet another 750 deposit! the clerk called customer service to see if it could be waived since they already have 1500 of mine and to find out when that will be returned, only to be told, we will send you an email...in 45 DAYS!!!

the clerk was unhelpful. I tried yo explain my problem and she kept saying you have to tell me whats wrong or I cant help I told e I ws frustrated and couldnt be more "clear"she then told me to leave the store or she would have the police remove me. will never go there again. w ent yo van mall store told them what my issue was they fixed it within 3 min. Do Not Go here

Go to a different At&T store, this one is horrible. Switched my prepaid plan to a 2 year contract when I requested a hotspot. The customer service representative told me it would be an extra $20 a month. I didnt even know the account type was switched until I got a bill for $260. Normally I paid $45 a month.

Shaun the store manager was very helpful in saving me 324 dollars on a phone by helping me realize my current phone actually has a dual sim tray. A solution that can be solved via online shopping on Google. He also helped me set up a phone number in Colorado Thanks Shaun.
