This review is not on the store in its entirety, rather 2 employees. The first is a gentleman named Jace, who told me he would wave a fee in exchange for handing out business cards with his name on it... he did not honor that. The second individual was his friend who argued the legitimacy of my claim and insisted i bring the cards in as proof before anything would be done. At this point I do not want the credit, Im just astounded that someone would argue and demand proof from a client over something as petty as 30 dollars. However if you do go there, it is in your best interest to work with a very helpful young lady named Chantell. She new what she was doing, and made no promise of things she could not honor. Very pleasant to work with. Hopefully she may be able to one day school these gentlemen in their ignorance, and poor customer service to get them on her level of customer care. That is all rant over.

Just walked in to see about getting my sons phone replaced and was told I needed to get in contact w assurion (sp?) That they dont do insurance replacements in store. Which is totally fine, if thats how it goes. But when I asked who that was he gave me an extremely sarcastic and condescending the insurance provider... like Im an idiot. Didnt offer to tell me how to do that or what the process entailed just gave me an entire attitude of not my job, not my problem this place has gotten worse and worse over the years and now its officially the worst. This is exactly why people dont visit brick and mortar stores anymore, why deal with some condescending jerk who gives you literally zero information when you can just do it online yourself? Id give zero stars if possible. Dont bother with this store, go to Silverdale or do it online.

I really dont understand how people can be so rude to a customer. I walked in today to ask about getting a new SIM card for my phone that hasnt gotten LTE since I bought it from this store. The response was short and quick tempered by not 1 or 2 CSRs but 4 of them. Almost like I was wasting their prescious time by being the only customer in the store. Am I required to be 100% knowledgeable and clarevoyant prior to walking in? I think I can understand why the more helpful CSRs left. Who the heck would want to work all these people! And if the store owner is reading this, understand that customer service means at a minimum that you should be somewhat approachable, friendly and helpful. Not rude, prone to interupting and careless. Maybe I should just call corporate. Things were much better with Mike.

I just wanna say. I have been to a couple different sprint stores over the past year Mostly gig harbor an the port orchard store. An I was getting zero results. Until My 17th time in the most amazing sprint worker ( name tag says Angela ) comes out the back room greets me gets my phone turned on helps me get my most elite plan set up puts a smile on my face an sends me on me way. A couple months go by I bring my girl in there Angela was working again an BOOM as soon as we walked in same most amazing experience :) my 5 stars is for the port orchard sprint store.... Angela shes amazing!!!!

Today I took my phone into the Port Orchard Sprint store because I could not get a connection for my data. I tried everything I could think of. Tiffany was the one who assisted me and I would just like to say that she was very helpful, patient and fixed my issue quickly. Traits you dont often see in the technology world. I would recommend asking for her for anything you need next time you visit this location. Thanks Tiffany!

We went to the Port Orchard location (normally Gig Harbor) and added another line to our account and Angela helped us. She was super friendly and got it done super fast... by far best experience yet at a Sprint store and Ive had some lame experiences in the last 10 years to where I didnt even want to use Sprint anymore!! Today was by far the best.. Thank you for all your help Angela, your my new go to at Sprint!

Outstanding customer service provided by Luis. We were immediately greeted by a store associate and was told it would be a few minutes. Luis assisted my girlfriend and i with our transaction. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, he had a good sense of humor, and went above and beyond to make our transaction work within my budget. I would recommend anyone to visit this store.

Went to the port orchard sprint and got new phones almost 2 years ago. They told us after leasing we would own the phone or could return for upgrade etc... but neglected to tell us that it included a 200 dollar fee per phone if we wanted to keep them(I have a phone that bricked for no reason). Clearly a racket, clearly dishonest. Dont go to this store.

The employees are always friendly and do their best to be as helpful as possible, especially Michael , he takes true pride in his position there and always does his best for the customers. Even if he has to be on the phone with the head office or whoever for hours to get the problem solved!!

Luis, Corey and Jace are fantastic!!!! I seriously want to spend every lunch break there just to enjoy their banter. Luis will do a dance and is always nipping out! Its fantastic!!! Corey does a great job of managing the store and looks good doing it!

Jace and Luis are very helpful, we switched from Verizon to sprint and they were clear and very honest when it came to getting us set up. I highly recommend them if you ever need help at sprint

Omg Alexandria went to the moon and back to get all the lines we needed. Even when I was ready to give up, she was willing to keep trying. I walked out of the store with my phones!!
