I had a voucher for an iPhone 4 that I finally redeemed a few weeks ago, after attempting to call her and set up an appointment for well over a week (she didnt return a single call), I got the car dealer that gave me the voucher to give her a call on my behalf. Following that, she did leave a single message. Eventually I found time in my busy schedule to make the 45 minute drive to the AT&T store. The store itself is huge - looked to be 4 people on shift + the manager with ZERO customers. The problem looks to be employee abuse of internet access on the PCs there, but I dont know for certain. Back to Linda - I present the voucher, and understanding good and well that due to limited availability I would have to come back days or weeks later to pick up the phone, she starts to do the computer work to place the order. WHILE shes doing this, the manager comes in with a box that all the sales associates get excited about...including Linda. She excuses herself from working with me and shows up a couple of minutes later with her phone in hand. She CALLS another customer (actually a lead - a person interested in a product) to let them know that the store just received 2 32GB iPhones, and that he/she should rush in to grab one. Long story short, my transaction took about 10 minutes longer than it should have due to the phone call that Linda initiated, and I wasnt even offered the phone, as my sale on a 16GB model was a done deal. So I asked. Sure enough, the 32GB models that had come in were available, so I ponied up the extra $100 right then and there and got the phone. I figured it was worth it to get the model with more memory, as Id be saving on gas by removing the future trip entirely, and I wouldnt have to deal with this salesperson again. Linda is someone who could really give two $#!ts about you as a person, she just wants the sale. I dont care how you candy coat it.

Almost a year ago, I went to this store to set up my initial iPhone account and purchase my equipment. I was helped by Linda S., who is not only congenial, but knowledgeable as well. After almost 11 months of happy use, my iPhone was stolen while I was in New Mexico and after such a good experience the first time, I wanted to go back to the same place. While looking up the address again, I came across these reviews and almost didnt go back on account of the horrible review by Jared/May 24, 2009...who wants to deal with that? Well, keeping in mind I could just leave the store if it seemed like a bad idea, I went back anyway and had yet another fantastic encounter with the very same Linda S., who actually remembered me! This store is fabulous, dont give Jareds review a second thought. The people are friendly, courteous, educated about their products but not pushy in their sales. They never gave me the feeling they wanted my money more than my satisfaction as a customer, and I was impressed with the extra details Linda thought to mention that I never would have even asked about! Upon my return home, I looked up Jared... Hes got 5 reviews, all of them are "awful" or "horrible" and when you read them, well, they just lack a certain level of believability.

I barely got in the door before I was cheerfully greeted from 25 feet away by Cherryl C. She helped find exactly what I was looking for, gave me a discount and had me out the door in less than 2 minutes flat. Once before I was in the store before the new IPhone 3G S came out last week, and was "shopping" for information when I was still a Verizon customer. The employees were very helpful then too, answering all of my questions. Highly recommend this AT&T store!

Ive visited this shop several times throughout the years. Its hit or miss wether you find a staff member that wishes to help. If you are lucky and find one, youll find they are very knowledgeable . Other times they talk a lot but know less than theyd like to admit. The location is great, parking has always been easy to find in my experience .
